Brief summary: Charlotte, from S2 of The Traitors UK, claimed she had a ONS with Conor Maynard, resulting in the birth of her daughter. She was quick to drag his name through the mud as being a deadbeat dad for not providing her with support, but two paternity tests later, it has been conclusively revealed that he isn't the father.

What an embarrassing situation for her. Surely as a woman if you're shagging multiple men at a similar time, it's basic sense to at least be sure of who the father is before publicly naming them and making accusations!

Perhaps she hoped it was Conor because he was single at the time, and the other potential father/s weren't?!

That poor girl. She's going to see all this online when she grows up. And all because of her mother's stupidity.

Surely Charlotte owes Conor a grovelling public apology at the very least?

Because it was the only way to dead the issue he was being publicly harangued about?

He was accused of faking the results of the first paternity test. If he’d have refused any and said ‘it’s impossible for me to be the father for medical reasons‘ there’s no way he wouldn’t have been accused of lying and dodging responsibility.

I guess if they had a one night stand, technically he could have been the father, but for whatever reason, he knew the chances were very low to non-existent.

I’m sick of women trashing men for something they were equally, and in this case fully, responsible for. Not taking any accountability and then issuing some pathetic victim type statement as if it’s not her fault she was shsgging around. Now the actual dad know what she’s really like too.

I remember her on the show and I remember she seemed like trouble, it didn’t surprise me in the least when this story came out. I think she was trying to trap a celebrity with a bit of money.

The whole article makes it clear she is a grifter after money. Especially the last paragraph or two.

I have no idea who these people are but I have obviously immediately gone down a rabbit hole reading about them. What a bizarre situation all round! The infertility and then sudden miracle baby, the fact that she was married to a woman at the time, whose baby is it then? And Conor looks about 10 years old! All so weird.

Also, not to derail, but I can’t get over the stairs in this OK baby photo shoot!! What is going on there? Is it AI? They seem to go straight into a wall?? There’s multiple pictures looking the same. Hmmm... I don't know who they are (and I'm not bothered about finding out, I'm guessing from love island or towie or similar - no shade, I just don't watch them), but this smacks of attention seeker seeks attention and gets bucket loads of it.

He's done 2 DNA test, in front of her solicitor,she either accepts this or she carries on with her beliefs and looks like some deranged stalker groupie. Her 5 minutes was up long ago. So was his to be fair.

I think Connor Maynard just has a round baby face so he looks like a lot of babies.

This chancer has had 2 dna tests which prove her baby isn’t his. All babies look like Winston Churchill. She doesn’t look like Conor. Why do people think this?

It’s incredibly rare, but there have been cases of chimerism causing babies to not match parental DNA (including mothers not matching their children’s DNA). I believe that different types of samples can reveal different DNA in the same person, so multiple samples should be tested (saliva, blood, thyroid). It happens when one embryo “absorbs” a second embryo (its twin) in the womb. The fact she is so positive he’s the father does make me wonder if this is one of those cases.

She has made an absolute fool of herself and lost all credibility. She has the morals of an alley cat. The second paternity test was done u see extremely strict control and supervision and is 100% clear he is not the father. She dragged this poor man and his family through the mud for well over a year and lied about everything. The very very least she owes him is a very public apology. Why did she choose him to accuse she so obviously she was also screwing someone else? Or wa that another one night stand and she has no idea who the person was? Either way she is a liar, a cheat and really does not deserve to be the parent of this beautiful, blameless child.

What's more likely? That he's somehow found a way to cheat on DNA tests, or that she's attracted to a particular type and the actual father just looks very similar to him?

Apology should be as public as the original accusation, IMO.

I think his parents do. The statement was so hyperbolic and made her looks even more foolish. I do feel sorry for her as she’s obviously struggling with a lot.

It's a bit shameless not to even know who the father is. Still who are we to judge. I think she should sue him.
