M&S quality so poor now

Bought some plain multipack knickers that I’ve previously had and my fingers have gone straight through the fabric putting them on.

I don’t think it’s ever happened before even with old cheap ones. What the heck is going on with their quality control? Didn’t it used to be their USP?

You really think somebody in Marks is deliberately designing women's knickers to better fit the male anatomy? You need to get out more.

I've been buying mine for years at M&S and they're still fine and last well 🤷‍♀️

Wouldn’t put it past ‘em. They actively post reviews of the knickers “containing everything” so they must be thinking it helps sell them……..

M&S used to be my go-to for knickers over the years but recently I went to buy some more and was v surprised at the poor quality of their multi packs knickers

I ended up buying a pair for about 15 quid, they were modal & actually are so comfortable….but the total multi pack ones I previously bought were just terrible!
