About Gender neutral loo

1000 replies

paulhollywoodshairgel · 14/08/2025 18:59

I was in a museum today and my daughter (15) left me to go to the loo. She then waved me over.. she said to me.. I’d rather not use the gender neutral loo. I said that’s fine and sent her down a level to the ladies. A woman the approached me and preceded to tell me off for not encouraging my daughter to use the GN loo. How she has a trans child and how are they ever going to feel accepted with people like me around. I’m ND and I always second guess myself 10000 times a day. I wasn’t in the wrong was I?? I just said ok go and use the other separate loo. Surely my child can pee wherever she feels comfortable??!! I hate conflict so I just said ok and walked off!

You said. Transwomen don’t flash their genitalia
They do

Sexual predators flash their genitalia at women. We need laws against being a sexual predator - we have them.

This has nothing to with the use of changing rooms by trans women and a need to ban transgender women from female changing rooms. Trans women do not get their cock and balls out in full view of everyone in the female changers while they are getting changed. This is not a thing.

We need laws that criminalise sexual predation (we have them). We do not need laws banning trans women from women's changers.

I see your attempts to disguise raging transphobia as feminism. It does not wash.

😂😂😂

I quoted the rules of misogyny there Tandora, think you need your eyes testing mate 😂

That's rules of misogyny numbers 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 (with a transphobia twist), 13, 14, 15, and 16 I'd say. Pretty impressive sweep Tandora!

DrPrunesqualer · 18/08/2025 14:37

Those figures are unverified and mainly based on feelings and perception
Where are the figures for police reported violence
They also show no comparison to women’s experiences and violence against them

Theres nothing new here
We all know rhe LGBT+ community faces harassment. No one is denying that I think. You however claimed their experiences were worse than women’s

So let’s see your proof of that as a comparison and based on level of harassment and violence

There are far more cases of rape and physical violence against women as you well know. But prove us all wrong

What’s the evidence for your claim that trans women don’t do this?

Which ones don’t?

If there are no individuals with a cock and balls in the female changing rooms, nobody can be flashed. Very simple. Much safer for females.

eh? No they are specific figures based on research - as it says in the brief.

This is how it goes though. I can prevent you with any amount of evidence from government departments, scientific studies, large dataset etc., - you'll find excuses/ reasons to summarily dismiss all of it.

Meanwhile you want to send me one screen shot of a daily mail article, or someone said something on youtube and that proves your position no question.

😂

And then I'm the one who can't produce any evidence.

Bonkers, topsy turvy, land.

CohensDiamondTeeth · 18/08/2025 14:43

I thanked you for your other links, took the time and effort to read them and then (more politely than you deserved) explained why they didn't fit the criteria. But yes, after nearly 40 pages of your usual round about the houses, gaslighting, oozing misogynistic posts, I am the tiring one 😂

Ooh thank you so very, very much for begrudgingly providing me one more link to read Tandora, it's only been a few years of asking for any kind of evidence at all for you to produce 3 links... gosh that mush have been difficult for you! 😂

I'm going to read it, don't worry!

Sexual predators flash their genitals at women.

It's extremely rare that they do this in the context of a female changer. Maybe it happens once in a blue moon in LA, and gets uploaded to social media. 😂

Laws about what changers trans people can use will have no meaningful affect on how often this happens. It will just cause profound harm to trans women for no good reason whatsoever.

Trans women getting changed in the female changers do not flash their cock and balls around in the normal process of getting changed. Doesn't happen. Not a thing.

They do flash their genitalia
Thats proven
Don't ignore proof as you have consistently done on this thread

There are already laws banning men from women’s single sex changing rooms

So you are now trying to gaslight us that there are no trans identifying males who are also sexual predators are you?

Just have a look at the prison statistics again Tandora, they exist you transphobe! 😂

These links site feelings. Not police records and give no comparison to violence against women
Nor do they state level of harassment. Someone staring could be seen as harassment by the trans community…something us women have had to put up with all our lives

Sexual predators come in all forms. The overwhelming majority of sexual predators are not trans.

A small proportion of sexual predators happen to be transwomen.

Regardless of whether they are trans or not, sexual predators should be prosecuted for their crimes.

This does not need to entail preventing trans women from using the female changer to get changed. It entails robust laws and processes for prosecuting sexual crimes.

I agree with @DrPrunesqualer's analysis of that last link, and the data was taken from a study where people reported feelings in 2012, and in 2015 that fear of being treated poorly leads to non reporting.

The study from 2013 appears to be a study only on homophobia based crimes, in fact in one bullet point they quote "LGB" with no mention of "T" let alone the rest of the alphabet soup.

"85% of LGB people who had suffered a hate crime or incident in the past three years reported being harassed, insulted or intimidated as part of it."

Exactly!

But men's feelings and all that important stuff, blah blah transphobia, also somehow racism etc according to Tandora.

Who remember apparently has a PhD in Science! So should be able to recognise actual scientific data when they see it 🙄

That doesn't stop crime from happening it just (if you are very lucky) punishes the criminal afterwards this doesn't prevent harm to women. So again how do we tell the difference between a good sweet pure innocent trans woman and an AGP man who identifies a trans (and is classed as trans by Stonewall) and a criminal with bad intentions when we see them walking into the F changing room? How do we let group A in but keep group C out and what the hell do we do with group B?

The overwhelming majority are not trans ????

When you actually look at the stats in comparison to the population of trans in this country there is a far higher % of trans who commit violence, attacks and predatory behaviour against women

So actually as a % stat they are more dangerous by comparison

So no prevention needed then, just let the trans identifying male sexual offenders abuse as they see fit, and then just prosecute them afterwards?

Yep misogyny!

The SC judgement will have zero impact on preventing this type of crime.

Of course we need policy directed at prevention of sexual offending.

Ooo btw fun fact for you I'm actually working on some research on this now to find out what works in terms of sexual violence prevention - what are you doing exactly in service of this?

Banning transwomen from using female changing rooms has nothing to do with preventing VAWG.

The SC judgement will have zero impact on preventing this type of crime.

It will help reduce the risk of harm because women have had clarification that they have legal recourse against the unlawful entry of males into female single sex spaces.

The good men will stay out so the bad men will stand out.

Or I should be, instead I've wasted several hours arguing with utter nonsense on mumsnet 😂

So here's some impact for you right there. A negative one.

NeverOneBiscuit · 18/08/2025 15:02

‘Sexual predators come in all forms’ and the sex they ‘come in’ is about 98% male. So your nice trans friend who’s genitals you’ve never seen proves what? That he’s a decent guy? Good.

Can you vouch for all the other penises in the female changing rooms. Because you’re right, they won’t all be attached to a trans person, but they will all be attached to a male - the sex that predates upon women.

So unless you’ve got a forehead stamp to use on every male ‘good’ ‘bad’ - I think we’ll stick with the adult idea of safeguarding and exclude all males. Including the ones you try to redefine.

this article is interesting as it sites 60 cases of women abused by trans activists
Shame we’ve run out of pages as I was going to post a few examples.
