Lighthearted!! Just that really. I love hearing these

ill start:

went on a date with someone and we played shuffleboard and after every turn of his he would loudly exclaim 'GO ON THE TSG' (his initials) he also did it after random sentences like 'I'll get this drink, YES THE TSG)

another guy would say WOOP WOOP and BOOM after every sentence. He ordered a steak and said to the waiter 'I'm going to have the steak please, well done, (another ick) WOOP WOOP

Another guy we were DTD and he kept thrusting in a complete circular motion and I quite literally dried up and left

another DTD time and the guys top lip and nostrils would spasm / quiver - I could get past that though.

please tell me yours, I could do with a laugh!

I can’t believe I’m writing this as it still makes me feel mortified!! Was seeing this guy and in the shagging all the time stage, (couldn’t get enough of him), and we’d arranged an afternoon of passion this one day. Was really excited and when I got to his he’d left the door on the latch so I let myself in but he was nowhere to be seen.
I found him in bed, wrapped head to toe in shiny wrapping paper with a giant bow on the middle of him and his head poking out!!! 😳.
I think he was expecting me to rip it off him and jump right on, but it was such a weird shock I just stood there and went ‘oh’. 😳. Talk about a passion killer

I was slow dancing with a guy (first time we'd met). Half way through the dance he pulls me so close that I can feel his hard dick rubbing up against me. Dance over! LOL

That was 100 % the norm in the 80's - the 2pm slow dance, during which the lights came on for home time, and everyone got a reality fright.

After we’d start getting it on downstairs and the clothes came off, we’d decide to move up to the bedroom but every time, he would lead me slowly up the stairs and insist on sultrily holding my hand like they do on telly. Urgh. So I’d have my face in his naked arse and it gave me a massive ick seeing him deliberately try to be sexy. He was gorgeous as well (and had a massive knob) - it was literally the only thing wrong with him. But it was enough!

With my current bf we just make a run for it, giggling. Much more me!

Wasn’t called Brian Potter was he? Reminds me of the ‘things I’m going to do to you’ from Phoenix Nights.
Oh to be seduced by a man on a Stanna stairlift!

It's seems you either married my ex or there are two of them out there-he did exactly the same thing

shudders

Dear lord - the thought there’s more than one who uses that phrase… could well be we share an ex!!

sammylady37 · 02/08/2025 10:03

Oh god. That’s reminded me of a very handsome Croatian guy I hooked up with. With every thrust he looked at me expectantly, eyebrows raised, mouth open as if saying ‘what did you think of that one?’

It was excruciating.

Reminds me of the french chef who was 'oooh la la' every thrust.

Trouble is... I am a sucker for a french person's accent, it makes me swoon. Big mistake 🤣

HorrorFan81 · 02/08/2025 12:03

This thread is killing me 🤣

I had a German guy who wore double denim (before it was cool), didnt stand up to offer me a drink when I arrived at the pub for our date (he was already sat down with his - i would have said no its fine i will get mine but its the principle) and then he left his white calf high socks on during sex, where he proceeded to sweat more than ive ever known anyone sweat. We were in Scotland. It wasnt hot. He also kind of stared over the top of my head straining in a really exaggerated manner the whole time. I lived in a different city and had committed to staying over at his and urgh it was so awkward as I absolutely had the ick and wanted to escape but had nowhere to go and he was being super clingy and cuddly all night 🙈

Beesandhoney123 · 02/08/2025 12:05

Really nice chap met through friend. He asked me out, I agreed, then he mentioned he was late for work that day because some selfish twat had thrown themselves under a tube train. He didn't appear to have any empathy at all.

He couldn't understand why I de invited myself.

HorrorFan81 · 02/08/2025 12:08

Just remembered a guy I dated in 6th form. Absolutely gorgeous guy but came out with some of the cringiest things like 'ive done things you can only imagine' (in a sexual context). Turns out he was a virgin who had done zero things which soon became apparent. No issue whatsoever with his inexperience (we could have learnt together) it was all the big talk about these wild things he'd done and how amazing he was going to make me feel then we would get to it and he would freeze and basically just move his hand between just below my breast to just above my hip no matter how much I would try and...encourage more exploration

Went to a London attraction on first date and sat on a bench admiring the view. Then he turned round to face me AND SANG AN ENTIRE SONG!. Everyone was watching, I wanted to die and he kept staring into my eyes.

Reader, there was no second date.

I just remembered the man who thought he was a poet musician and who rapped a self written song at me. It was bad.

yeahhhhmate · 02/08/2025 12:19

Why do these men genuinely think they're the dogs bollocks?? 😂😂

I say to a guy on tinder who ask me what my deepest darkest secret it (I do this a lot tbf to weed out the twats)

so I said I secretly judge fat people and I love rough anal sex and messy porn sex. It helps weed out the idiots because anyone who would come back and say 'oh that's a bit of me' would be immediately blocked.

anyone who then says 'no that's not a bit of me' I would explain why I said it to weed out the secret horrible people who are porn addicts, and that I am not into anything going up my chocolate pipe and I don't judge anybody on their appearance. I did this to one guy saw and he turned out to be the circular motion demented thrusting guy. I did say to him I didn't remember telling him I like my ovaries penetrated but he didn't like that. He said 'no one's ever complained before' and I walked out and blocked him.

I saw someone post the idea on here before and I thought I'd use it 🤣

Also the amount of women on here with pages and pages of icks is unbelievable! It's a tough world in the dating pool isn't it. I think I prefer being single 🤣

women are very different breeds to men evidently. I have no doubt men get the ick but I don't think there's any women shouting LET YOURSELF IN. INSERT YOURSELF INTO ME.

these are all hilarious and have made my week I've been crying with laughter at some of these!

Your vetting strategy is genius. If I'd used that approach I could've avoided so many wronguns 😂

He had this weird thing about not wanting me to wear a coat at night. This was in November. He couldn’t not mention it. I’d been round for dinner before we were due to go out and he’d said “Great - so we’ve got to lug that about with us all night have we?”, as if it was Diana’s bridal train and would need several of us to carry it. It was constantly “Well nobody I know would wear a coat on a night out” - like a fucking obsession.

I kept telling him to stop going on about it and asking what the problem was. He said “You have to carry it around; you look really awkward!” When I said that was ridiculous, he said “What if I lent you one of my big jumpers instead; how about that?”, with this awful sort of pleading look on his face. I think I went off him completely at that point. We did not last much longer!

Men in dressing gowns. Eeeewwww

I hate going to spa hotel and seeing men lounging around in white dressing gowns. I don’t know why but ick ick ick!

"Why do these men genuinely think they're the dogs bollocks??"

DTD - started yelling “Receive my di*ck. RECEIVE IT” repeatedly throughout

OMFG😂😂😂

Strangely enough we were at a spa hotel and walked past a man going back to his room wearing a white waffle dressing gown. I almost had to restrain my normally very mild mannered DH 🤣

Nevereatcardboard · 02/08/2025 12:56

A man (who I’d already suspected was a bit of a Mummy’s boy) told me he couldn’t see me that evening because he ‘had a little cold’. His mother was going round to look after him - he was in his forties!

Another man asked me out for dinner. He told me he only ate out in high end restaurants where the waiting staff would ‘look after him properly’. I politely declined, as I’m a cheap date who is happier with a pizza!

ReadingTime · 02/08/2025 13:02

neverbeenskiing · 31/07/2025 22:51

Pity there isn’t an exit interview type review you can give so they would know not to say things like ‘receive it’ again

Or some kind of review system so women can warn other women...like Trip Advisor but for dating...Dick Advisor?

"Dave is clean, friendly, well presented and conveniently located near to local amenities but unfortunately he refers to it as "sexy time" so I will not be returning"

Oh women so need to set this up. Then we could also all avoid the initially charming abusers - how much better life would be for so many women! We'd just need to keep it secret from the men.

😮 I have no words

Believe me, I had words, lots of them and not very ladylike! Just wouldn't have got past that. It horrified me.
