They way they think the world revolves around them, who they seriously over estimate their abilities, their entitlement to making judgements about women's bodies.
Man spreading yuk!

'Where's your sense of humour?'
'It's not my fault.'
'You're making a mountain out of a molehill.'

Not to mention their seemingly insatiable sexual appetite!
When I've been on my feet all day, making mental lists of everything that needs doing, I'm beyond exhausted, the last thing I want to do is play with your dick! Why can't you see this before you have to ask yet again?
And why when I say no do you immediately jump to the conclusion that I don't find you attractive anymore, rather than notice that I'm exhausted and overwhelmed with all of the responsibilities you have quietly left to me.
Men who treat women like the supporting act in their quest for happiness, conveniently ignoring that she would like to please herself sometimes, as he so often does.

Apart from the manspreading, these could all describe women in SIL, MIL threads.

"My SIL used MY baby name!"
"My MIL says I'm fat!"
"My MIL talks down to me!"
"My SIL is jealous of DS!"

MidnightMeltdown · 28/05/2025 02:54

The way that they call women ‘crazy’ as a way to instantly discredit anything she says.

It’s no different from the way that men conveniently invented ‘Hysteria’ around the time that women started demanding equality.

Incelsmras · 28/05/2025 03:16

I'm sick to death of MRAs and their constant whining about 'feminists'. Spreading absolute bullshit about women online and pretending that they're not common or garden misogynists but believers in 'real' equality.

That 'real' equality involves their superciliousness remaining unchallenged.

I'm also sick to death of hearing about lazy twats who see their partner's as their personal skivvies and their children as an inconvenience. That includes the coercive arseholes pressuring their partner's into unwanted sex.

ASweetSummerChild · 28/05/2025 03:17

“Cheer up love, it might never happen”.
Fuck off.

ASimpleLampoon · 28/05/2025 04:41

Partnered men exploiting the labour of their SO
Being shit but being rewarded for their half arsed, bare minimum contribution to anything from domestic labour, parenting, their work.

They are vile I hate them.

Delphinium20 · 28/05/2025 05:27

Raging, hollering, booming voices, instant anger at minor suggestions or verbal criticisms and then when a woman dares to meet a tenth of their reaction, she's "out of her mind." The DARVO and gaslighting and the inability to see their own behavior's impact on others.

DandelionPockets · 28/05/2025 05:29

The phrase, 'Stop nagging me'.

TheaBrandt1 · 28/05/2025 05:32

The inability to see how utterly privileged they are then the nerve that some of them actually feel hard done by!

“Cheer up love, it might never happen”.
Fuck off.

That’s exactly what I was going to post, word-for-word! 😆

AnnieAzul · 28/05/2025 05:47

The fact all our daughter’s have to change their behaviour and adapt their movements in an attempt to keep themselves safe from the male sex class.

This is not limited to;
not wearing earphones when walking at night, ignoring the random men shouting at her when she runs in the park, taking a less enjoyable route nearer the main paths when running, hyper vigilance for men following when walking home, getting a taxi when she’d rather walk, looking for a train carriage with other women in when she returns late at night…….

unsync · 28/05/2025 06:06

There's not enough bandwidth to cover my thoughts on this one.

TakingHavenInTescoExpress · 28/05/2025 06:11

Their assumption that all women are desperate for their attention.

didistutter56 · 28/05/2025 06:22

The “male loneliness epidemic”, give me strength.

OtterlyMad · 28/05/2025 07:18

Expecting a pat on the head simply for contributing.
“I’ve unloaded the dishwasher”
“I’ll strip the bed for you”
“I just did the washing up”

Like …ok? What do you want, a medal?

(Yet I’m also grateful because there are so many women on Mumsnet with disgusting useless lumps for partners and mine is actually decent, even though this is a really annoying habit of his!)

Gonk123 · 28/05/2025 07:22

It’s when they talk out of their arse…literally! It stinks!! And of course women don’t have wind do they?!

honeylulu · 28/05/2025 07:45

Yes this is what I wanted to say, but more articulate.

The older I get the more entitled and selfish men seem, always putting themselves first and assuming others will, yet not even realising that they are doing it because it's so ingrained (by biology, society, both, I don't know ...) And moaning about women's failings - nagging, don't contribute enough financially, letting themselves go, boring and mumsy once they've had children, not sexually availableat the drop of a hat -without recognising the part men play in those dynamics.

Boredlass · 28/05/2025 07:47

Yeah, Mumsnet isn’t man hating at all…

furrysocks · 28/05/2025 07:47

Men at work who’ll happily do all the attention grabbing big idea stuff but always leave the dull details to the women.

SweetSound · 28/05/2025 07:56

I hate that they feel they can comment when I’m running/exercising. From the pervy comments, to the ‘advice’ on technique. I’ve very fit, have been a runner and gym goer for many years and these men usually look far from peak fitness….they can fuck off. They never offer advice to my partner and son. Funny that.

Men that think it’s possible to babysit their own children.

Valkyrie3 · 28/05/2025 08:01

The way they drive, always expecting to be able to cut me up with ease cos I have a small car. How angry they get when I don’t let them. Entitled wankers.

AltitudeCheck · 28/05/2025 08:02

Men in the office who never make the tea, wash the cups, organise a leaving card/ collection for their direct reports, take the post etc because they are blind to these seemingly small tasks and happy for women to pick up the slack.

For all the man hate women spend a lot of time and money trying to look good for them, desperate to get one and keep one yet constantly complain about them but can't seem to live without them and let them do all thinking for them 'i need ro be sahm as that is what he wants', of course not all women
