My 21 year old son is watching The Firm with me. I’m visiting him at his house.
My daughter is in her room at uni halls. Probably browsing Vinted!

NettleTea · 18/05/2025 21:32

Ones just come home with her boyfriend and their friend from seeing some bands in the local town. They are relaxing in her room and then they will make themselves some dinner by the looks of the shopping bags. Ive reminded them they need to do the washing up.
My son is in his room writing a new computer game online with his friend who has just finished his second year at Staffordshire Uni. He goes away to Uni this year and they've been writing games together since they were in school together. Im hoping he will make himself a fortune and keep me in my dotage . (only half joking!) he had the food that was leftover from a foraging course I ran earlier, so I didnt have to cook. Im just about to go continue my binge watching of Inside Number 9 before bed.

Dd1&4 are currently conspiring on the other couch
Dd2 is pottering in the kitchen with dh
Dd3 is on her phone on the armchair
Dd5 is asleep on me
Dd6 is asleep beside me on the couch

Normally the littlest two would be in bed by now but they’re both poorly and clingy tonight ):

SouthLondonMum22 · 18/05/2025 21:34

All sleeping.

Brienneoftarthismyhero · 18/05/2025 21:38

Studying frantically for A levels

Caligirl80 · 18/05/2025 21:40

One is climbing Mt Everest. The other is snoozing next to me and just unleashed a hellish fart of eye-watering proportions. The other is eating a large salad - so I guess another fart is just around the corner. lol!

evtheria · 18/05/2025 21:41

Asleep (just checked he wasn’t reading under covers)

namechangeGOT · 18/05/2025 21:41

Mines just got in the shower. He’s 14 and whilst always a good kid he’s often a grumpy teen but this weekend he has been an absolute joy ❤️

Barnbrack · 18/05/2025 21:41

Eldest is being read to on his room by his dad, youngest has gotten into my bed after being almost asleep then having it ruined by needing a poo. She's almost 4 and very grumpy. My fault really for letting her lie in until 8 this morning.

countingthedays945 · 18/05/2025 21:43

One is probably watching desperate housewives and petting her dog (25).The other is touring around China(19)

GroovyChick87 · 18/05/2025 21:47

3 in bed asleep. One chatting to friends over an online game in between studying for GCSE exam tomorrow.

GuiltyPleasure · 18/05/2025 21:50

dd1 is travelling and currently in Melbourne so I’d assume she’s sleeping.
ds1 is in Manchester. He’s just finished uni finals and is going on an early flight to Milan tomorrow. I’d like to think he’s getting an early night, but I doubt it.
ds2 is in his room gaming

sweetpeaorchestra · 18/05/2025 22:02

8 year old reading Jacqueline Wilson in bed and 6 year old reading/looking at books in bed. I want to go to sleep, it’s 10pm! Trying to get them to settle. Monday morning won’t be fun

MyCyanReader · 18/05/2025 22:06

Two sleeping. Teenager finishing his homework.

abracadabra1980 · 18/05/2025 22:07

DS is looking after his new DPup while his DP is on night shift. DD is prepping for a work trip to Europe and flies at 3am this morning. Her DP is in London, back tomorrow.
They are 25 and 24 respectively 🤣 and both live in their own homes. I don't always have this amount of location information handy .. we've just had a Sunday lunch together earlier!

wobblyweasel · 18/05/2025 22:18

DD(37) has just gone to bed to read as her DH is doing some voiceover work. She called me to ask me to recommend some good books. DS(27) is currently in a pub with his mates and they all rang me to settle an ‘argument’. Both live in different parts of the country, and Sunday nights are our weekly catch up chats x

SavageGarden23 · 18/05/2025 22:44

My y8 kid just finished watching Inception for the first time as he said that's on top of his must watch list. Said he got 85% of the movie so very impressive, this was my 5th time watching but still all goosebumps by the 3rd level falling into smithereens!

JJMama · 19/05/2025 17:46

Minding their business. How about you?

DuchessofSuffolk · 19/05/2025 17:58

Rolling around in the floor playing with her dad’s work lanyard. She’s 10 months old. We start the bedtime routine soon!

Fluffypotatoe123987 · 19/05/2025 18:00

Teen on her mobile in bed and other at her dad's.

noworklifebalance · 19/05/2025 18:00

One is practicing (music) and the other is revising. They not usually this wholesome in their behaviour.

ColdWaterDipper · 19/05/2025 18:02

At 8pm last night when you asked the question my 13 year old was playing table tennis in the garden and the 11 year old was reluctantly getting in the shower before going to bed. Right now (6pm Monday) one has just started swim training for 2 hours and the other is outside on the trampoline. Mine are unusual in that they don’t really do tech.

LlttledrummergirI · 19/05/2025 18:02

I have no idea as we are in another country. I assume ds1 work, ds2 home with the dog, and dd at the gym, or getting ready to go.

They are all adults though, and I have no right to know.

BethDuttonYeHaw · 19/05/2025 18:03

Not got a clue.

Im away from home with work and they are with DH

Snoodley · 19/05/2025 18:06

With her dad. Most likely watching TV while he makes dinner
