Am I unreasonable to feel sorry for Victoria and David beckham over the so called ‘rift’ with their son, which Victoria says is her worst nightmare. I know from experience how this situation can get out of hand and how heartbreaking it is when a beloved child breaks contact with their parents .

Lady Mary Charteris - there’s absolutely no proof of this at all and she’s probably a friend but because of Rebecca Loos people are jumping on the bandwagon.

Dave Gardiner - I think if it were true about the womanising Tom Bowers would have said way more than you suggest he actually did.

So all in all, we have Rebecca Loos and in my opinion that’s very far from a lot.

I’m just going by the book. If you live your life in the public eye and court publicity expect people to pick over and comment on it 🤷‍♀️

I also read at one point he wanted to be a tennis player so they had a court built for him and he was coached by Andy Murray but nothing came if that so now he's a model🙄
The other brother was pushed into.being a singer and had an album released but nothing came of that

So Many children are born into abject poverty and never get an education yet here we have 3 adults who could have had the best education possible yet none of them seem to have done anything more than leaving school at 18.

And I know it’s said David isn’t the only Dyslexic in the family but even so, all of the money they have could have made educating any dyslexic child they have way easier for them than it is for other kids who do go onto further education and careers despite their learning disability.

Perhaps one day the kids will wake up and get a bit self respect and try to improve on their education and that for Harper it’s not too late for a more traditional education.

I just find them all rather vacuous. I just thought David and Victoria had more about them, both having had lucky breaks after coming from bog standard ordinary families, but having seen from day one the trotting out of their children, just to build a brand for money, I am surprised.

The kids could have had such opportunities, building a charity off the back of their parents huge wealth, do something with wildlife (there would be plenty of open doors from famous people with that), do something actually worthwhile where they could learn and grow. Start at the bottom, make contacts and friends with people who aren't necessarily hugely wealthy like them, but no. They just have a stab at something at the top and then give it up.

Instead all we have are endless pics of them all at mega posh places, all dripping with money, VB with her usual pout and pose, head on David's shoulder, kids all together for Brand Beckham. All so shallow and boring.

Did you see the one after one of Victoria's fashion shows? Nicola is standing chatting in a group with Brooklyn stood behind her. Victoria comes to try and chat with him but he brushes her off and keeps tugging at the back of Nicola's jeans repeatedly even though she's deep in conversation. She totally ignored the whole thing but I was willing her to turn round and tell him to fuck the fuck off.

There was a TV series 'celebrity blind date' and a son of a well known 'hot dad' had agreed to appear. A good looking guy, seemed pleasant enough, anyone would have been happy to spend time with him. Date went off to loo to phone a friend, "yes, he's alright, he's X's son. No, no he's not really like him.yes, me too, I wish it was his dad'. I wonder if all his girlfriends say that?" That's a summary, I wish they hadn't televised, I thought it very cruel. It must be difficult to be a celeb kid and hard to find a way ahead without constantly being compared to parents. If you've grown up being shown that money, photos, pretence and bling are vital to life you'll be lost without someone to keep you grounded. Who knows who Duncan Jones is? He and his family. I feel sorry for Brooklyn.

I wonder if the kids' mental health is affected. I mean, Brooklyn being unemployed (technically?) doesn't have to worry about finances, but I had a short period of unemployment in my 20s and I've never felt so worthless. Surely almost all people - rich or poor - want to contribute to society in some way? Any way?

I think Victoria has a really strong work ethic and I’m guessing she shows up for full days work.

Hints Brooklyn tries to intervene by getting him drinks as distraction.

I think they’ve genuinely tried with Brooklyn, got him job in cafe etc. Maybe it’s the second generation wealth curse.

Imagine being born into Brand Beckham and the expectation to maintain the farcical public facade. It would be unbearable and most parents would not expect that from their children. I'm not surprised he wants out.

And there’s a picture of Brooklyn in the press today sprinkling something into a bowl when cooking. I think Meghan must have given him some of her dried flowers to take home with him when they were round for dinner the other night.
