Gym changing rooms. Woman sat butt naked on vinyl type benches while she rubbed body lotion in for about 10 mins. Bare arse and foof all over furniture which others are using. Put some knickers on ffs, I don't care if you're naked but please don't rub your lady bits all over the furniture 🤮

I genuinely believe it's a fetish thing. I mean surely it makes more sense to get dressed before your make up to avoid getting stains on your neckline or collar?

Foul. I'll be honest I don't like it at all when people walk around starkers in changing rooms, let alone slathering themselves in lotion! It screams exhibitionist. Maybe that stems from a childhood memory of being confronted with a full frontal woman (bush and all) when I came into a swimming pool changing room.

It's possible to keep some modesty with a towel or use a cubicle.

All these stories remind me of the time in my 20s when I forgot knickers after a pool swim. I told myself ‘no excuses don’t be lazy’ and put tights on with no knickers before going into the gym. As I was doing sit ups a on floor, a man in his 20’s also lying on floor stretching was face level staring at my crotch. I realised at that point my tights had a huge hole down the seam and I was flashing my entire spread eagled vagina under Fluro lights.

Yes It is bad about this lady, I wonder if she almost gets off on it for the exhibitionism. The guy at the gym probably thought the same thing about me though.

@BunfightBetty erm there was no toned physique going on today, she was 70+ with lots of saggy bits.

This is one reason I hate public changing rooms - I'm so lucky to have a gym less than half a mile from home so can easily go home and shower in my own space!

Come on. You can't be that short sighted? Of course she can do what she wants with her own vulva but it's poor hygiene for other people to sit bare fanjo on a bench others need to use. And where does it then stop? "Oh it's my fanjo. I can do what I want with it so will sit naked at Manchester Piccadilly train station"

One of my old colleagues would describe the above as "You could see what she had for breakfast!" Usually, meant for someone who wore a very revealing skirt.

This sounds like a posh gym thing? When I was young we went to David Lloyd as a family and there always seemed to be ladies wandering round naked doing laps of the changing room. Now I go to a cheap & cheerful council leisure centre. Rarely see anyone in the changing rooms and no one seems to use the showers. In contrast some people go in the gym wearing coats or jeans which is weird.

Whilst I'm on the subject of gross things seen at David Lloyd, here are other examples of grossness I've seen there over the years.

1. Small child left a 'brown deposit' 💩 on the floor of one of the showers (lots of toddlers left to shower unsupervised sometimes)
2. Chewed up gum in the cup holder of one of the gym machines
3. Fake eyelash stuck to outside of locker

And I pay £100 a month for the privilege of all this.... Still love my gym though.

It is fucking grim.

It's different to a shared toilet seat, where's it's around the bum. I'm not the least bit sqeamish about using a public loo but this is so bad.

No issue with nudity in a gym changing room but for goodness sake, even naturists bring towels to sit on. It is part of their etiquette.

OK. You find my suggestion amusing. I still feel it's a constructive one.
Mind you, this just isn't something I've come across at my gym. People put towels or ponchos on after showering, put their underwear on, then apply body lotion if they want to do so. I'm not accustomed to seeing loads of people stark naked or sitting down without their underwear on.

Maybe it's just the way I sit, but my vulva and anus do not come in contact with whatever I am sitting on, and I can't see that a freshly showered bum cheek is any less hygienic than the rest of my body.

Haven't been in a gym changing room in nearly 20 years. Pretty sure I was being posted about on MN, as I used to shower naked in a pool changing room all the way through my first pregnancy. It felt incredibly liberating.

This thread makes me glad I go to a small gym in a small community where everyone just goes home for their shower!
