Gym changing rooms. Woman sat butt naked on vinyl type benches while she rubbed body lotion in for about 10 mins. Bare arse and foof all over furniture which others are using. Put some knickers on ffs, I don't care if you're naked but please don't rub your lady bits all over the furniture 🤮

In my gym its the younger fitter ones who walk about with hardly anything on! The older mum bods cover up.

I always used to think that when watching ‘Naked Attraction’. They used to interview the rejected contestants in the changing room, stark naked and sitting on the benches. Unnecessary!

You could have approached the staff and raised a concern about hygiene.

I think the vast majority of mum bods definitely cover up but there’s a subsection who perform. Yes I can see why the Instagram bodies would do that, just hopefully they’re not filming themselves with me trying to hide myself in the background!

It doesn't have to be phrased like that but they could certainly address it.

There is not a member of staff alive who is going up go up to a woman in a changing room and tell her to get her fud off the bench. No one is doing that!

In my gym no one really walks around naked, people stand near their lockers and quickly change, as I do! I don’t hide behind a towel, so I’m completely naked at some points, but I’m quick and discrete about it. If I put lotion on, my underwear goes on first!

I posted something similar a while back about an older lady who enjoyed coming into the family changing bay every swimming lesson session, ignoring the many many empty bays, butt naked, one leg hoisted up on the bench E45ing herself head to toe- whilst giving all the waist height 5 year olds quite the eyeful. She also liked to follow up with a full body blow dry too, with foof blow out. I did have posters popping up to tell me I was being ageist….

No one is suggesting that. Some kind of notice in the changing room about hygiene expectations could be put up though.

Even at nudist functions, people sit on their towels. That's just grim. I wouldn't expect anyone to sit on my minge juice.

I think walking about naked in the female changing rooms while you go about your drying business is fine.
It doesn't matter what age you are.
It doesn't matter what your pubic hair looks like.

nb. I am over 50. I don't wander around naked as I have no need to, but I also wouldn't worry if I'd forgotten to take my towel into the shower and had to walk to the locker to get it.

Absolutely grim. Gym/fitness studio hygiene in general absolutely icks me out.

I do a lot of Yoga and have been dubious for a while over the hygiene of the studio-provided mats, despite the fact people are supposed to wipe them after use. Wanted to buy my own one of the same quality but the brand is very expensive so kept talking myself out of it. Walked into a class the other day and a woman with feet covered in massive verrucas was using one of the mats and that was my final straw, ordered the costly mat on my journey home! 🤢

The worst one I went to for women parading about nude was the council one in Putney. Have never seen the like of it anywhere else. I don't mind brief nudity as you put your bra and pants on but it was like a nudist camp. Was only in my 20s at the time and most of the women were 20 or 30 years older. Now I am 20 or 30 years older I have lots of body confidence but still wouldn't go on like that. Too cold for starters.
