Hi @kittylion2 , how’s your day been? Good I hope.
My parents really are stepping up , everything they have done today has been so unexpected and overwhelming I’m truly grateful. My dad’s even filling my freezer up with meat from the butchers tomorrow! I bet he’s so tired bless him he’s been at work since 3am this morning and back at work tomorrow at 2.30 am so he can do what he needs to do to come through to see me again and help me.
Spoony is in his drawer , even my mum said it was a beautiful spoon 😂
I know the whole house! I couldn’t believe it I was like a kid in a sweet shop picking out flooring. I didn’t realise how expensive flooring is , I nearly bawked at the price for one room then guy added more cost on for underlay then the gripper things then you have to pay just as much for fitting! I should have trained to be a carpet man!
Today has been so special and meant so much to me walking into my house with my mum and dad and sharing this with them and they are actually happy for me ! My mum said today ‘remember when exs name said you havnt even got a spoon to your name? Well now I’ve got loads of spoons!xx

Awww that’s so lovely @ChoccieCornflake , thank you so so much. I’m just sat on my bed absolutely bewildered by today . My mum can shop for England! She walks 100 miles an hour too so my legs are killing me and my hand from gripping my crutch 😂xx

Thank you so very much @CookiePookie , I love it and the garden is huge , it’s covered in a white blanket of snow right now and looks lovely. My mums picked some lovely stuff for me and she got me fleece bedding so im comfy bless her . I can’t wait for my children to see it xx

I reckon tonight you'll sleep like a log given how wonderfully exhausting today has been - even the crunchie bars need have no fear!

I'm picturing all three of you on a fantastic whirlwind shopping extravaganza, breaking the sound barrier with your shopping speed!

Thank you @Munchyseeds2 , I really have a good feeling about this house . Mum and dad have completely thrown me with their generosity, they both said it’s beautiful and they could live here. Tomorrow I’m getting my fridge freezer delivered and my washing machine so I can put my first wash on cannot wait xx

Hi @Nottogetapenny , how’s your day been? I love my new home and can’t wait to make it homely . My daughter has just video called me to show me her haul from shopping today. She’s got all stuff for her new bedroom! She said she’s going for the ‘aesthetic’ look whatever that means 😂.
I have rang school several times today they said they havnt managed to go through their emails yet as they have been super busy. I did reiterate that the email I sent was very important but they said once they get to it they will contact me. Hopefully they will contact me tomorrow if not I’ll chase them again xx

Awww thank you so much @RaspberryBeretxx , thank you for being happy for me and so kind it really means the world . I was telling my mum and dad all about you spoonies today and they was happy for me and said you all sound lovely . I’ve been sending lots of pics to my children , my eldest has even been texting me loads today waiting my luck , saying he’s thinking about me and just now asked me how move in day went he also asked if he could come and see me and I said he never has to ask this is his home too even though he wants to stay there I’ve told him he’s welcome anytime and I’d love for him to come and stay.
The spoon is in the drawer , it was the first thing I did when I got the keys . It looks great , just right where it belongs xx

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣, I feel like a log now tbh , my mum got me some Epsom salts in asda, she said they help to relax you and I nearly fell asleep in the bath! Tomorrow I’m up bright and early for delivery of fridge freezer and washing machine then I need to sort out gas/electric/water/council tax and bins out then parents are coming in afternoon. My mum goes through the shops at break neck speed and my dad kept losing us 😂 xx
