Has anyone else got the email being invited to the ballot for the new dates?

I received the invitation email, filled out the ballot form, still no confirmation email re oasismynet, going to retry I think 🤷🏼‍♀️

My DH is considering buying tickets on viagogo - would these definitely be likely to be cancelled? Is that what happened with Taylor Swift?

Me too! I do remember the presale ballot confirmation took a while so still hopeful. Can't believe I'm putting myself through this again after the hell from last Saturday!

They're genuine but I can understand pp being wary. This is how these scammers operate... sending out thousands of emails in the hope some will fall into an appropriate inbox. Like the fake evri ones etc.

I got the email filled in the registration and get to the nearly there section and have had no email of confirmation and it's been half hour hoping it's a backlog as most people will be up and registering now how long did it take for your confirmation emails to come through?

I queued for about 6 hours, no joy. BIL got some tkts in the presale, luckily we're going with him. Now I've got a place in the ballot (I didn't ask for it) if I could get x2 more tickets, I could transfer them to friends, who also desperately wanted to go but didn't get a tkt either.

Don't panic folks. I'm not going to go twice, or sell them for a fortune on Viagogo or whatever, as I understand it they'd be cancelled anyway!

If I didn't do anything with the invite, it doesn't mean that it would be reallocated to somebody else would they get it. So that really would be a waste.

So perhaps take your 'beyond selfish' and reframe it as somebody trying to do a nice thing. It might/probably won't go any further anyway!

Pretty sure the T&C's on this ballot said you can't transfer the tickets.

My brother hasn't received an email either, and is very disappointed as he was right at the front of the queue with tickets in his basket that he was unable to buy due to the system being terrible.

Were you logged in to your ticketmaster account when you joined the queue?

Tbf, I think Ticketmaster lost any moral ground it had vs viagogo and the like the moment it started dynamic pricing.
