Has anyone else got the email being invited to the ballot for the new dates?

Yes, both my husband & I have got the ballot email so we’ve both applied. Only if we both get codes will we buy tickets though as there are 4 of us.

no confirmation email yet though. I only did it an hour ago though.

No email for me and I was registered before with 2 email addresses. I absolutely cannot complain though as we have tickets for Heaton park my husband got in the presale so feel very lucky!

But we’d rather have Wembley and one of the new dates is on my husbands birthday. If we’d have got tickets to that we’d have sold the Manchester tickets to my cousin.

Yes I’ve had one. I’ve still not received a confirmation email yet though. I think I got the bot question right hopefully. I keep checking to see if I get confirmation but nothing so far.

Got the email after midnight, registered & got the confirmation by return. Last time it took about 12 hours. Think it's very random!

I queued for about 6 hours, no joy. BIL got some tkts in the presale, luckily we're going with him. Now I've got a place in the ballot (I didn't ask for it) if I could get x2 more tickets, I could transfer them to friends, who also desperately wanted to go but didn't get a tkt either.

Don't panic folks. I'm not going to go twice, or sell them for a fortune on Viagogo or whatever, as I understand it they'd be cancelled anyway!

If I didn't do anything with the invite, it doesn't mean that it would be reallocated to somebody else would they get it. So that really would be a waste.

So perhaps take your 'beyond selfish' and reframe it as somebody trying to do a nice thing. It might/probably won't go any further anyway!

Mine has literally just come though! It took around an hour and a half.

Not long woken up and was surprised to see, I had the email. I've filled it in and the last page said, nearly there with the terms and conditions.

Yes, and had the confirmation email that I've been entered into the ballot

The confirmation emails can take a really long time, so no one should fret.

In order to have been invited to the ballot, you had to be logged into Ticketmaster for the main sale and have queued for a specific Wembley date – they aren’t going out to everyone who logged into queue in general and it isn’t connected to the pre-sale date.

My DH is considering buying tickets on viagogo - would these definitely be likely to be cancelled? Is that what happened with Taylor Swift?

No it's for people who queued for any date, I only queued for Manchester and have had the email overnight.

Don't do it, or at least definitely not yet, they'll likely be cancelled.

Twickets is your best bet, but not until nearer the time.

@Didimum it's for any venue. I tried to get tickets for Edinburgh last weekend.
