Hey folks,
Hoping you'll want to keep this going!
Been loving reading everyones meals now for the last few months!

Yesterday I had..
Tea with 2 sugs
Loads of cheese and onion crisps
Leftovers from greek restaurant-
Pork, chicken, beef kofta, tzatziki and greek salad.
Three white wines
Can of coke

Happy eating folks! 😀

B/ Toast. Alpro yogurt, walnuts, brazil nuts and berries.
L/ Salad with tofu, mixed beans, lettuce, cucumber and tomato.
D/ Vegan mushroom pizza, chips, coleslaw and corn on the cob.
S/ Alpro strawberry drink.
Banana.

(an American recipe made by daughter and extremely calorific! - I've been digesting it for hours this afternoon, hence no lunch)

D/ Tofu, mushroom and spinach pasta.
S/ Soy milk banana, peanut butter and seeds smoothie.
Salt and vinegar crisps.

Yesterday was toast for breakfast then went out for lunch (spicy prawn pasta and garlic bread) so I just had some fruit at tea time as not very hungry

Today eggs on toast and got a roast cooking now. Probably fruit for tea again!

Today was a hungry day.

B: 3 eggs scrambled on buttered sourdough toast. 2 coffees
2nd B: An egg and sausage McMuffin and half a hash brown.
L: Roast chicken dinner with Yorkshire puddings, carrots, mashed and roast potatoes, stuffing and peas. A slice of meringue roulade, a coffee
D: 2 butchers sausages, cheesy mash, broccoli and string beans, gravy
An iced biscuit
Water and herbal tea.
