Hey folks,
Hoping you'll want to keep this going!
Been loving reading everyones meals now for the last few months!

Yesterday I had..
Tea with 2 sugs
Loads of cheese and onion crisps
Leftovers from greek restaurant-
Pork, chicken, beef kofta, tzatziki and greek salad.
Three white wines
Can of coke

Happy eating folks! 😀

B- Natural yoghurt, handful of granola, raspberries, coffee
L- Salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pepper) with feta, olives and beetroot, water
D- Thai fishcake with rice and broccoli, vanilla chai pukka tea (new buy and so lovely!)

L: left over thai rice from yesterday and an apple
D: scrambled eggs on toast
Snacks: vanilla skinny latte and a couple of quality street (still making my way througj work Christmas chocolates)

S lemon slice x 2

L whole meal pitta bread and butter (no time to make a proper lunch!)

D spaghetti, meatballs and pasta sauce, cheese.

lots of tea, tonic water.

Today

B skyr, banana and honey

S lemon slice

L rye bread sandwich with salami, tomato, cucumber and cottage cheese
apple

D goats cheese, spinach, onion filo tart and salad

Yesterday I had leftover minestrone and two slices of bread for lunch, and then bubble and squeak with fried eggs for tea. Also had a plain chocolate two-finger Kit Kat, two cans of Coke Zero and six mugs of tea with milk.

Today is going wrong. I woke up feeling like I am starting a cold and I never eat well when I'm ill!
Buttered toast for breakfast and contemplating pizza for lunch.
I did just drink some orange juice though so that's something right?

So far, a pot of tea, my usual mix of 2 scoops Yorkshire and 1 Earl Grey, with milk and pills.
1 large bag of seaweed crisps.

Disgraceful, I know. But this evening's meal will be chicken curry, with carrots and spinach and a quinoa and basmati rice mix.

Probably a glass of Merlot later.

Homemade banana bread (a lot)

Couscous topped with roast carrot/chickpeas/sweet potato + a yogurt/houmous dressing

Walnuts, pink lady apple

Battered cod fillet with broccoli + fine green beans

breakfast: sausage, bacon and egg mcmuffin, hash brown and pineapple stick
lunch: leftover gammon and brussels sprouts
dinner: crackers, roast ham, pickles and veggies
snack: dairylea dunkers, apple
drink: fanta zero, tea with milk no sugar

B: 3 boiled eggs mushed up with butter and salt in a bowl
2 coffees
L: A rib eye steak cooked in garlic butter, a piece of sourdough toast spread with peanut butter and raisins on top
Water, herbal tea.
D: Sausage casserole with carrots, onions, potatoes and tomatoes in. Piece of home made microwave chocolate sponge. Glass of milk
Will probably eat porridge later with raisins in and herbal tea.

D: Kerala paneer curry with carrots, spinach, saag aloo and naan bread
I'll also probably have a caramel brownie later. This will be a high cal day and I'll try to stick to 1600 or something tomorrow.

Protein shake
Butternut squash soup and 2 slices LivLife low carb bread
3 cauldron veggie sausages, roasted veg in cream cheese and chili pesto sauce served with shredded white cabbage (generous serving as I was hungry!)

Skinny vanilla latte and also a flat white (spent a lot of time waiting around for trains today!)
Lunch was a buffet - curried cauliflower, a peice of slow cooked beef brisket, curried potatos, quinoa and salad (very random selection!)
Dinner was a granola square and some cheddar and chilli jam when I finally got home. And now washing all that strange combination of food down with a large glass of sauvingnon.

Breakfast - nothing. Went for a run and wasn’t hungry after.
lunch - Morrisons salad bar (small but cram loads in) and a packet of crisps.
dinner - not had it yet but having home made burgers, the only thing DH will cook as a family meal (I’m happy with it though).
snack - Christmas cake.

not the healthiest day, but who cares. It’s a Saturday.
