Hey folks,
Hoping you'll want to keep this going!
Been loving reading everyones meals now for the last few months!

Yesterday I had..
Tea with 2 sugs
Loads of cheese and onion crisps
Leftovers from greek restaurant-
Pork, chicken, beef kofta, tzatziki and greek salad.
Three white wines
Can of coke

Happy eating folks! 😀

L skyre, honey and an apple

D gyoza (chicken dumplings), stir fried brocolli and mushrooms
spiced apple cake and vanilla cream

lots of tea and a black coffee

Snacks - blueberries, clementine, crisps and a Guinness during the Ireland match 😅

Today

L nothing major, just fruit as full from late breakfast
D planning pulled pork, roasties, carrots&parsnips

Snacks - apple, clementine, blueberries, planning a slice of birthday cake!

Yesterday was eggs on toast, beetroot and goats cheese salad then spicy pasta

Today eggs on toast so far. I'll probably have the same salad again for lunch but have just realised DH is not in for tea so I can have anything I want. The possibilities!

Oatmeal porridge with blackberry compote and sunflower seed butter for breakfast, but halfway through my DS (who normally hates porridge) wanted the rest, so I gave it to him and ate a slice of my freshly baked bread with cheese instead. And a cafelatte.

Fresh fruit.

For lunch some bread, butter and an egg. And a bit of freshly cut snack vegetables.

Then a large slice of homemade cheesecake and another cafelatte.

Late afternoon some more bread with liver paté and cucumber. And some more fruits and vegetable snacks.

For dinner fresh spinach pasta, grated cheese, salmon and fried sweet potato slices.

L/ Carrot and lentil soup. Alpro yogurt.
D/ Tofu stir fry with edamame beans, cabbage, broccoli and rice.
S/ Walnuts and Brazil nuts.
Peanut butter on toast.
Dark chocolate.

L - leftover Singapore noodles; apple
D - will be pork and fennel meatballs, tagliatelle and tomato sauce. If I can find the willpower I'll forgo the pasta and have salad with mine.

Breakfast - cup of coffee (I can't eat first thing in morning, so only do breakfast on weekends)
Lunch: Marmite sandwich, easy peel orange
Snack- piece of beef from leftover Sunday Roast and two dark chocolate digestives.
Tea: haven't eaten it yet, but it's going to be fish, oven chips, peas and sweetcorn.
