Hey folks,
Hoping you'll want to keep this going!
Been loving reading everyones meals now for the last few months!

Yesterday I had..
Tea with 2 sugs
Loads of cheese and onion crisps
Leftovers from greek restaurant-
Pork, chicken, beef kofta, tzatziki and greek salad.
Three white wines
Can of coke

Happy eating folks! 😀

3 eggs cooked in butter and a bag of spinach, 2 coffees
Tomato soup with sourdough and cream cheese
A protein bar and half a Wispa
Not enough water
Making chicken fried rice with veg in for tea

lunch: leftover japanese curry, chicken fillets, rice and kimchi
dinner: brown toast with butter and cheese, apple
snack: dairylea dunkers
drink: fanta zero, rooibos tea with milk no sugar

B - honey nut cornflakes & a coffee

s - salt & vinegar walkers baked crisps & glass of Vimto

2nd snack - big bag of tangfastics & a small bottle of Irn Bru 🙈

l - Krispy Kreme nutty chocolatta doughnut 🙈

d - cheese & tomato panini, chips, vine tomatoes & cucumber & a herbal tea

s - big bowl of mixed nuts, sultanas, sunflower seeds & chocolate chips & a mint tea

Weird day today for me as household been unwell with D n V bug
Breakfast was black coffee with cornflakes and oat milk
Lunch sausage barm - piece of lemon cake - glass of water
Dinner scampi then GU lemon dessert and some tequila
All were GF and dairy free as IBD off scale with stomach bug

2 crumpets with mature cheddar

Blueberries, pink lady apple with almond butter

Vanilla protein smoothie (banana, spinach, milk, chia seeds, vanilla protein powder)

Veggie chilli (fake mince, lots of beans) with rice, jalapenos, creme fraiche

Couple of squares dark chocolate with caramel/sea salt

Yesterday:

Breakfast - Homemade berry smoothie

Brunch - cubed potatoes in the airfryer with cajun seasoning, topped with chopped up bacon medallions, baked beans, fried egg and some chives.

Dinner - panko salmon bites done in the air fryer, with sushi rice, tenderstem broccoli and a sriracha mayo sauce drizzled over top.

Snacks - Orange Timeout bar & a banana!

Yesterday was appalling because we were on a fridge clear out. Today - a banana and a mug if lemon juice with honey; a latte; last of some veggie curry with a bag of rice. Lots of water.
Teatime might be something but that'll probably be it for today as I ate so much yesterday.

Impossible to eat without the rice falling out everywhere

Bowl of soya greek yogurt with tablespoon of peanut butter and strawberries

Bad tummy thanks to Metformin so went very easy on the food today Confused
