Hey folks,
Hoping you'll want to keep this going!
Been loving reading everyones meals now for the last few months!

Yesterday I had..
Tea with 2 sugs
Loads of cheese and onion crisps
Leftovers from greek restaurant-
Pork, chicken, beef kofta, tzatziki and greek salad.
Three white wines
Can of coke

Happy eating folks! 😀

B - 1 buttered slice of Wholemeal bread toast & a coffee

s - Nakd Berry delight bar & a mint tea

l - cheese, tomato, red onion and salad cream seeded bread sandwich, cheese & onion crisps & a mint tea

s - sesame snap bar (s) and a banana & a glass of squash

d - sausages, baby potatoes, sweetcorn, peas, Yorkshire pudding & gravy & a glass of squash

dessert - mango Activia yoghurt

B - bowl of oatbran, green tea, grapefruit, 3 Brazil nuts
Snack - 2 chocolate rice cakes and a banana
L - poached eggs on toast, 4 cherry tomatoes and 4 toffifee

2 x tea, 2 x coffee during day
Snack - mixed nuts, raspberries
D - small portion of sweet and sour chicken (all that was left from a previous dinner) with some brown rice
Snack - Chocolate rice cake and packet of pop chips

That feels like a lot 😂

L: Ham and Cheese salad sandwich and a satsuma
D: Seabass, roast chipped potatos, roast broccoli and peas with a large glass of white wine
S: 2 small choc chip biscuits and a few walnuts

I'll have some cantaloupe melon and an orange with decaf coffee around 11pm

nb I am a night owl, I pick right up in the evening. If I didn't have to get up to get DS2 out the door and myself to work I'd sleep until 10am probably.
My eating/hunger reflects what my body wants to do.

It's a bit shit and chaotic tbh.

L/ Peanut butter and banana on toast.
D/ Lentil cottage pie, green beans and broccoli.
S/ Hummus, carrot and peppers.
Alpro yogurt.
2 cookies.

Two scrambled eggs on a piece of toast, 2 coffees
Half a banana and a couple of wine-gums during 2 hours of exercise
Loads of water
A wrap filled with chicken, ham, ranch sauce, grated carrots, cucumber and gherkins. Bag of crisps
Half a rack of BBQ ribs and some pulled pork, oven chips and beans
Bowl of Special K and some grapes
Herbal tea.

Also accidentally ate some chocolate and may have had a couple of glasses of wine

Cup of tea and a bowl of porridge with blueberries and grapes on top.
A slice of wholemeal toast with Benecol margarine and half spread with honey.

Mid morning coffee with a small piece of carrot cake.

Lunch was some vanilla yoghurt and a cup of tea.

Dinner was our usual Saturday evening treat of half a bag of chip shop chips with a white bread roll. A teaspoon of tartar sauce to dip some chips in, which one of my cats licked afterwards and a cup of tea.

That's it now until tomorrow.

B (11am): porridge with blueberries
L(3pm): light cream cheese and ham sandwich, kiwi fruit.
Snacks: cereal bar, fruit loaf, mini cheddars
D: missed. I have just eaten 2 potato farls with marmite on though, as too hungry to sleep otherwise.

I'm on 12 hour shifts midday to midnight and my eating is pretty erratic at the moment.
