Selfie in hospital with dying relative

My uncle died in hospital this morning after a stroke on Friday. My cousin (his nephew) posted a selfie on Facebook of himself by my uncle's bedside with a caption saying he was spending precious moments with him. I don't know if he was dead or alive or when the picture was actually taken but I'm furious. My uncle was visible laid out in the bed. I feel very upset about it and I think it's really distasteful. Do you, or is it me being oversensitive?

It's bad and similar situation in my family.. My cousin put pics up of her dying Dad
(my uncle) on fb in hospital. He was laying in a bed looked terrible and could see he was on his last legs. It was like displaying him out there on some freak show or picture board. Her Dad paid off her mortgage on her house as she couldn't and her car too. Another cousin and myself said take it down but she never. Then her fb was hacked and I told her. She didnt care. But hacker now got those pics of him. She replied back with "oh yes yes yes". Selfish woman and spoilt..I wasnt close with them but even so, it was so terrible. If he knew he would have hated what she did.

You are right imo. Its disrespectful to do such a thing...
