Biden Trump debate- they must get rid of Biden now?

Biden looked so frail and incoherant at times that this must be the end of his Presidency very soon.
How have the Democrats not faced this sooner and selected someone else, I don't understand why they have let this go on for so long.
He had to be helped off the stage by his wife and it seems like elder abuse.

I'm not sure how it can have "fundamentally changed" when the immunity already existed, but perhaps he just means it doesn't suit the Democrats' campaign?

The immunity didn't already exist.

It's why Nixon had to be pardoned.

Biden isn't confused.

This is a biased supreme court ruling.

I 100% realize what trump will be able to do with this ruling, hence why I said "there goes any opposition." I was simply stating that Biden can use the same ruling to his advantage by getting rid of Trump once and for all.

It's not killing a political opponent it's taking out a national security threat who by his own admission has stated that he will put an end to democracy.

Adam Kinzinger (a Republican ) just said today on CNN that now that scrotus deemed trump immune from anything done officially, it means biden could too...and he could use it now to prevent trump from being able to run, even if it means killing him.

Don’t be daft. Trump may be an awful prospect but he is a political candidate and the only reason he would become president is because a democratic vote placed him there. Democracy is about accepting other people’s choice is not the same as your own. Biden ‘getting in first’ and killing off Trump doesn’t make him any less of a autocrat than if Trump did declare himself dictator and somehow managed to overthrow all the other arms of government.

It Is Scotus that has undermined democracy here, like the German Enabling Act.
