How many eggs do you use for an omelette?

Thinking of having omelette for lunch, I'm undecided on how many eggs to use. I used to use 3, but recently have been having 2, but I'm quite hungry today but 3 feels a bit greedy 🤔

I thought it would be something that just sat in my kitchen but I honestly use it all the time

DH also does fried eggs in it, it’s really quick

An omelette has to have three eggs. A bit of cheese is nice, but a plain perfectly cooked omelette is a beautiful thing. Don't add milk, always cook it in butter, and turn it out of the pan just before it looks cooked.
