Do you need one every day?

I was told off at the weekend by someone who said it was wasteful and environmentally irresponsible to have a bath or shower every day. I said she was wrong. AIBU?

But that’s easier to do in the shower surely!

Until that person is paying your water/electricity bills they can shove off.
my husband is a naturally sweaty guy so he has a shower everyday. Sometimes twice! but seeing as no one has offered to pay my bills we will carry on doing want we want

Far too many people wash their clothes too often. Underwear needs washing after one wear, other items like trousers, skirts etc certainly don't.

It recommended that you only wash jeans a couple of times a year.

Quite apart from the amount of water and electric wasted doing so much washing it also shortens the life of clothes

Intake a short , warm ( not hot because that’d ruin my skin ) shower each day with a moisturising shower gel like Sanex .
I wash my hair every 3 days so I’m a bit longer in the shower then ( hair is wavy / curly and mid length)
I skipped a shower 🚿 one day when we were on holiday and the accommodation was just so chilly that I couldn’t bear to strip off 🤣 .
i felt horrible all day
