I love reading/ hearing about what people have eaten for some reason!
I like telling people what I have eaten too but often they think I'm weird, haha.

So, would you share what you had today and if it was good or bad? (Taste wise, not judging the health benefits)

Mine so far was...
Half a pack of cadbury mini eggs (omg sooo good! will finish them after dinner!)
4 quorn mini eggs (there's a theme here for some reason!)
3 x tea with 2 sugars and milk (twining english breakfast)- my new fave. PG have changed the recipe the bastards!
2 glasses white wine (yummm)
2 satsumas, one with too many pips (why everything is round shaped today?)
& and going to have quiche lorraine with potatoes and salad...(not my fave but my my nice fish is in the freezer and the quiche will go off tomorrow).

Ham, fried egg and some panelled (Sicilian fried chicken idea fritters) our local cafe does this and it's gluten free

Small bowl of lentil soup and 4 oatcakes with smoked salmon pate

2 small gluten free chicken escalopes, coleslaw and rocket

Small pot of Greek yoghurt with half a banana chopped in

@Creatureofhabit87 it really was very random, I had to defrost the freezer and so I ended up with the pie, the burger and the potato scones all needing to be eaten, in hindsight they didn't necessarily have to be eaten at the same time but I regret nothing.

  • wholemeal toast, butter and peanut butter
  • grilled sweetheart cabbage with butter beans, herby yoghurt and this honey/vinegar drizzly sauce I concocted
  • 3 x wholemeal banana and walnut muffins I supposedly made for the kids...
  • Caribbean Ital Bean Curry from the BBC website, no sides

Bagel with avocado, cup of coffee, apple, plum, leftover chilli in a wrap with cheese, a square of chocolate and about five pieces of pasta for tea because I feel sick and will probably fancy cereal later as a midnight snack 😋

Small (30g pack) unsalted almonds

Big bowl of homemade lentil and vegetable soup

Frozen pineapple

Salmon fillet with herbs and spices on a big bowl of homemade ratatouille and chilli flakes

About to have a homemade brownie made with healthier ingredients than the normal recipe

Have also had 2 coffees with a bit of coconut sugar and skimmed milk.

Fruit and nut bran flakes with semi skimmed milk. Jp with cheese and coleslaw, one chocolate from a box, one fried egg sandwich, one bottle on, one latte with extra shit, one white coffee, one decaf white coffee, one bag s and v crisps.

I had a coffee first thing and a glass of water

Late morning I had some cherry tomatoes, half and avocado, cucumber and lebneh on toast.

Dinner I had two flat breads with chicken, feta, courgette, olives, tomato

And I had a hot chocolate made with Cacao

a chicken breast cooked in stock with orzo pasta, mushrooms and peppers,
a perfectly ripe Waitrose banana 🍌

I find these threads both fascinating and horrifying as I think I eat absolutely loads compared to most other people which is probably why I can’t lose weight.

Coffee with milk and 2 sugars this morning, followed by the rest of yesterday's lotus biscoff cookie I bought from batc'd yesterday.

Wasn't hungry at lunch time (totally not because of the cookie 😅)

Had buttered roti span mantao this afternoon (asian bread, really nice - similar to dumplings).

Chicken casserole for dinner and drank water throughout the day.

I just seem to want to eat all day at the minute.

B - small portion of bean chilli and rice with some birds eye steamed veg.
L - jacket potato, vegan cheese, salad with tofu crumbles.
D - wholewheat pasta, tomato sauce with lots of veg. Small amount of vegan cheese
S - Nakd bar, 2 satsumas, planttastic millionaire flapjack, 2 bourbon creams, small beer. Oat milk in drinks (2 coffee, 3 tea). Green tea with ginger. 500 ml water.

I’m really enjoying reading all the menus

For me:
Soy yoghurt with oats, flaxseed and blueberries
Tomato and pepper soup, lentil salad, carrot and hummus
Apple, kiwi, 2 bowls of muesli, 2 slices of toast with peanut butter, protein bar

Water, green tea, mint tea, water with a splash of apple cider vinegar

I've got a bad lurgy, wasn't hungry all day then felt faint because I hadn't eaten all day and had probably sweated a lot of stuff out so anyway that's my excuse in because:

8 glasses of squash
2 lemsips
6 ibuprofen
4 paracetamol
3 chocolate hobnobs
A whole Tesco frozen Hawaiian pizza
