I love reading/ hearing about what people have eaten for some reason!
I like telling people what I have eaten too but often they think I'm weird, haha.

So, would you share what you had today and if it was good or bad? (Taste wise, not judging the health benefits)

Mine so far was...
Half a pack of cadbury mini eggs (omg sooo good! will finish them after dinner!)
4 quorn mini eggs (there's a theme here for some reason!)
3 x tea with 2 sugars and milk (twining english breakfast)- my new fave. PG have changed the recipe the bastards!
2 glasses white wine (yummm)
2 satsumas, one with too many pips (why everything is round shaped today?)
& and going to have quiche lorraine with potatoes and salad...(not my fave but my my nice fish is in the freezer and the quiche will go off tomorrow).

I love these threads!

Breakfast: toast, strawberries, glass of OJ and a cup of tea
Mid morning: tea
Lunch: beans on toast, apple & PB
Afternoon: flat white
Dinner: quorn escalope, roasted squash, carrots & parsnips.

Might have a tiny bit of chocolate after!

A piece of banana weetabix loaf
an apple
some crab sticks
lentil soup
leftover pasta and bolognese
3 caramel rice cakes
a special k bar
a chicken breast cooked in stock with orzo pasta, mushrooms and peppers,
a perfectly ripe Waitrose banana 🍌

I find these threads both fascinating and horrifying as I think I eat absolutely loads compared to most other people which is probably why I can’t lose weight.

2 x Weetabix, skimmed milk, and decaf coffee.
Prepacked greek salad (yellow ticketed, Tesco)
6 x Guylian seashell chocolates (Christmas leftovers)
Satsuma. Lots of green tea.
Peri-peri chicken, with spicy rice and broccoli (cooked from scratch)
2 x Twix fun size.
My diet is a rollercoaster. 🙄

Fat free yoghurt.
A Nandos with salad and garlic bread (a birthday lunch for a family member).
A small slice of birthday cake.
A packet of Niknaks (small bag, not a giant sharing one!).

It’s a week before my period and for some reason the week before I’m due on I’m starving snd no matter how much I eat I’m never full. So I have munched on anything I could get my hands on today!🙃

Egg white and mushroom omelet

Coffee as above and 2 Brazil nuts

Spinach, avocado, apple and cucumber juice
White Americano

Anchovies on corn cakes
Greek yoghurt, sunflower seeds and honey

2 litres of fizzy water.

No breakfast
Lunch was steamed babycorn, broccoli, greenbeans and carrots with a couple of boiled eggs mashed on top
Dinner was chilli with rice

Also had a couple of skimmed ice lattes and some cottage cheese as a snack.

No breakfast. Half a carton of NCG tomato soup for lunch. Piece of toast, poached egg, baked beans for dinner. Two cups of coffee and a G&T.

Not my finest nutritional day.

Two slices of Hovis Wholemeal with lots of Lurpak and marmalade. Then I had a tooth out so it's just been Crosse and Blackwell Stilton and Broccoli soup and an Aldi Treacle sponge and a ton of Carnation Evaporated Milk to make it nice and soft and squishy. Oh and lots of mugs of Yorkshire tea!

For breakfast: 2x coffee with sweetener and semi skimmed milk, and a home made mini banana, carrot and apple muffin, for lunch: 2 nori wraps filled with smoked salmon, Philadelphia cheese and cucumber, dipped in a mix of soy sauce, lime and chilli flakes, for dinner: half a pack of spicy noodles, topped with 150 gr of grilled chicken chunks (coated in spices and soy sauce)half a boiled egg, coriander, spring onion and a squeeze of lime ...I LOVE food 😊

Cheeseburger happy meal with fries and Fanta, and two chicken nuggets.
6 camomile teas.
Ready salted crisps.
Bottle of pinot Grigio.
500ml bottle of water.

Breakfast..Porridge sprinkled with cinnamon, chia seed and flaxseed
Live yoghurt

Afternoon..
Half a big bar dark chocolate

Dinner..4 vegetarian bacon slices, lettuce, hummus, one slice soda bread (with crust off) and egg mayonnaise

I'm being very disciplined at the moment after about a year of eating what I want, when I want (and putting on 9 pounds in the process)

Breakfast: porridge with milk, banana, pumpkin seeds and teaspoon of whole peanut butter

Lunch: some leftover lentil and veg curry, with wholegrain rice and a small chicken fillet

Dinner: chilli with a sweet potato

Drinks: peppermint tea, 2 coffees and water

Currently fighting the urge to get a pack of crisps!!!

I had 'manchester tart' baked oats for breakfast

Apple mid morning snack

Mushroom soup for lunch

Naked noodle pot late afternoon snack

Tuna and cheese wrap for tea

Several cups of coffee throughout the day and finishing the day on some sweet chilli rice crackers

One piece of granary bread toasted, butter, honey and banana.

3 x cup of instant coffee.

Small bunch of grapes.

4 fish fingers in buttered granary bread with lettuce and tartar sauce.

Mint tea

2 x sausage, chips and baked beans.

Bottle of Heineken 0.0

Going to brush teeth in minute to stop me snacking later on.

I'm unwell and slept from 7am-12pm so woke up having missed a breakfast meal

1pm - two bowls of homemade chicken and veg soup. One homemade banana and peach oat bake square.

3pm - hazelnut latte

7pm - I cooked off some raw king prawns in butter and olive oil with lots of garlic, chilli flakes. Added lots of fresh parsley and then tossed GF spaghetti in it all.

8pm. Some Fizzy Fish jelly sweets

I have a 2lt bottle of weak squash I'm trying to get through.

I couldn't be bothered to make any dinner so ended up having a boneless banquet from KFC at 11.45am 😂

Today has not been a good eating day. Other than that I had 2 Babybels, some plain crisps and hummus with a lot of crackers.

KFC was bloody good though! Haven't had one in about 3 years.

Drinks wise, an energy drink, some squash and a few cups of coffee.

I have every intention of behaving tomorrow and have prepped some chicken and chorizo ready.

BBQ chicken, spinach, peppers and mushrooms.

Coffee and wholemeal toast and marmite for breakfast
Lunch was last night's left over (home made) chicken chow mein followed by a big slab of banana bread and a cup of tea.
Packet of sweet chilli Sunbites mid afternoon
Dinner was the miniscule amount of butter chicken that the teens had left in the slow cooker for me with a mini naan.
Currently enjoying a very large glass of red wine!
I also love reading what people eat.

Coffee with cacao powder and honey
Breakfast Porridge with strawberries blueberries and flaxseed
Snack Oat snack bar and banana
Lunch Tuna pasta with peas, orange and mango smoothie
Dinner Chinese takeaway eeek I shouldn't have really but was yummy. Noodles, rice, veg spring roll and sweet sour chicken.
Might finish the day with mint and ginger tea.
