I love reading/ hearing about what people have eaten for some reason!
I like telling people what I have eaten too but often they think I'm weird, haha.

So, would you share what you had today and if it was good or bad? (Taste wise, not judging the health benefits)

Mine so far was...
Half a pack of cadbury mini eggs (omg sooo good! will finish them after dinner!)
4 quorn mini eggs (there's a theme here for some reason!)
3 x tea with 2 sugars and milk (twining english breakfast)- my new fave. PG have changed the recipe the bastards!
2 glasses white wine (yummm)
2 satsumas, one with too many pips (why everything is round shaped today?)
& and going to have quiche lorraine with potatoes and salad...(not my fave but my my nice fish is in the freezer and the quiche will go off tomorrow).

Natural yogurt with fruit and granola for breakfast
tuna jacket potato and a latte at lunch
3 x millionaires bites from M&S
air fryer crispy chilli beef for dinner (and probably the chocolate muffin waiting for me downstairs)

I took 17 year old for a carvery after college. That's all I've eaten but he's Aldo had scrambled eggs x 3 on toast for breakfast and I've seen him eat an apple and mini packet of biscuits in the last hour.

2 Eggs on rye bread with tiny slice of smoked salmon. Tea
Avocado on rye bread with half slice of smoked mackerel and another egg

large jacket potato cheese salad and ham

Nothing Outrageous but chocolate is calling

I am in a calorie deficit so I have eaten:

1 Wholegrain protein bagel with small portion of avocado to spread and 3 slices of turkey bacon
protein yoghurt
mini baby bel
apple, grapes and a red pepper
a tin of chicken and vegetable soup
seasoned chicken breasts on fine green beans
a pink gin with diet lemonade
and lastly I had 1 hob nob 😁

Mcdonalds breakfast roll and hash brown
Jam on toast (1 slice)
A few cheese straws
Some pringles
Spaghetti bolognese
2 pain au chocolats!

Bit of a naughty day with no fruit but it was all enjoyed!

I have been busy so my day has been rubbish! I am flat out with work so haven't thought about food.

Nothing all morning except black coffee

3pm - a packet of salt and vinegar crisps
6pm- one chicken dipper stolen from a child (my child not a random)
Now- a massive gin and tonic
Cooking for dinner- pork & basil stir fry

I'm on a diet & doing well. 11lbs down since after Christmas.
Today I had
2 x weetabix, low fat milk, coffee (ate half as didn't really feel like it this morn)
Chicken caesar wrap for lunch (was out with a friend & waw best of a poor choice)
Salad for dinner with a hard boiled egg & some really nice ham from a local deli & homemade dressing
Satsuma
Water

Currently eyeing up some galaxy caramel for pudding

Lots of food today looking at it 😂 I'm feeling very stressed and suffering a monster of a tension headache so probably some comfort eating going on

I preface this with... I have no kitchen and I am very very bored of having no kitchen now...

Egg mayo roll
Packet of walkers cheese n onion crisps
Croissant with god only knows what inside it (some sort of caramelly and creamy stuff)

Tiny bit of red velvet cake cos the builders didn't eat it.

Going to have quorn things, potato crispies and veg for dinner shortly.

Three cups of tea (no sugar, full fat milk)
Half a litre of water

vanilla latte and a choc chip soft bake
cheese sandwich, grapes and cucumber cubes
packet of skips
a flask of tea and about a litre of water between jobs
chilli hummus with mini rice cakes (sp?)
just about to have some chilli and avocado in a wrap now we are back from clubs.

Also will probs have more cheese when the kids bugger off to bed :)

half a banana (put the second half on my desk to take a call and it vanished looks at dog)

2 sausages and some carrots and gravy, followed by a mini soreen. Don’t comment, it gets worse.

bottle of apple tango

3 pints of tea (builders) and 2 of water (normal)

half a Heinz frozen beans pizza (I KNOW OK)

2 glasses of white.

I’m just wondering if I have the energy for a glass of red and some chocolate orange.

FYI: this is not my usual diet, DH is away, DS2 is ill and work is MENTAL. I need the wine don’t I?

35 weeks pregnant and had the munchies today!

Breakfast: Porridge, Apple & peanut butter
Lunch: Avocado on toast, ginger tea
Dinner: Quorn sausage chopped up in a ratatouille chickpea stew medley....it just worked!

Snacks: Frozen banana (my latest obsession), a carrot, a stick of celery, and a naked bar :)

I think that's everything!

I had
coffee & granola with milk for breakfast,
Scrambled eggs with truffle oil and cheese on brioche bread with a small amount of beans for lunch, and so far some more granola with protein yogurt and some medjoul dates.

dinner will be more protein yogurt with grilled peaches with cinnamon, granola and a few choc chips

I have a 4 week old baby so living off simple meals that I can make one handed 😂

Overnight oats with flax seed, chia seed, blueberries, raspberries and actimel.

Oat cakes and banana

Guacamole, Brazil nuts, cashew nuts, pop chips, apple, Pear

Scrambled egg with cheese, onion and tomatoes in it. Small sweet potato with sweet chilli hummus.

I'm currently doing IVF so most of my food is very fertility friendly at the moment.

Well, Blush I have been on a work trip and didn't get chance to eat. So I have had two mochas, two packs of 'meeting' biscuits and a m&s cappuccino chocolate bar. Once I have said goodnight to dc I am going to devour something savoury!
