Hardly. There is a pattern toward this kind of post on MN, and a particular type is posting them. In some ways it's unfortunate the post upthread was deleted, as this gives the clearest indication of what this is.

The deleted post expresses a distaste with the female anatomy which goes beyond even disgust and borders on actual horror. The coarse, disgusting language used, the viewing of women's bodies as dirty, diseased and repugnant, indicates something a bit more than your garden variety misogynist. It's a deep-seated hatred and disgust of women.

It's true some religious cults can instil this level of abjection in some people about their own bodies and those of others. Some religious sects are particularly censorious and repugnant in their views of women (cf. menstruation huts).

The language of that post, however, is the language of one cult in particular: the incel. Unfortunately of late this site has been teeming with those.
