We still have a fan in the corner of our room - bought in the hot summer 2022 and will no doubt be needed in future .

Our living room 5 minutes post-tidy, so this is about as organized as it gets. We have a 3.5yo and a 1yo, so it's always a mess.

While I kind of see what you are saying have you ever considered that lots of people just buy what is readily available from the main retailers at an affordable price point and that will largely tend to be whatever is currently the in thing/was super fashionable a few months back. We have grey kitchen largely because when we looked 2 1/2 years back at Howdens, B&Q, Benchmarx and similar they essentially had a choice of white, grey or navy unless you wanted to pay a significant premium. Ikea had a little bit more choice but we’re having some supply issues and small places local to us also with lots of choice were sooooo expensive.
I had initially thought red might be nice or a light coloured wood kitchen but neither of those were readily available and (more expensive) options we did find had less choice of cupboard fronts. I do sometimes wonder if people who criticise following trends are the ones willing to spend 20-30k on their kitchen and get something different & they miss that for many people that either isn’t possible or just doesn’t feel worthwhile.

Posting pics of your messy or otherwise kitchen though is unlikely to create you any issues.
I'm on a car owners club sm site. They post pics of their cars every other day. Nothing bad happens.
