Do you sleep naked?

Was chatting with my friend and I mentioned how I sleep naked, she found this completely shocking which I found quite funny tbh 😂 so just wondered if I’m in the minority or not.

How was SMA? I went to the last tour and loved it.

Definitely not, full PJs. Hate being naked, makes me feel vulnerable and embarrassed. I know it shouldn’t! And up and down at night with children then they get into our bed in the morning so it’s not practical either

No because I would be too cold to sleep.

I can’t sleep without knickers on, don’t know why, just can’t. And I wear a tight vest to hold my boobs up, else I end up lying on them!

Naked all the way for both DP and I. I've never liked clothes in bed.

I’d feel really bleurgh if I slept without clothes on. I need pjs. Plus, I frequently wake up to one or both of my children in bed with us.

No clothes here. Hate the feeling of feeling constricted, also hate clothes wriggling about. I move a lot in my sleep.
There’s always a tshirt by the bed in case I need to vacate the house in the middle of the night in a fire.

Yes I sleep naked. When I occasionally have to wear nightwear like when sharing a bed with a friend I always wake up too hot.

Yep. I think we are in the minority though, most people seem to love their pj's.

We're getting to that droopy age. I'm not going to discourage my OH from wearing them, although I might have in the past :)

Only if it’s really hot, like a PP I don’t want to be getting up settling DC in the night starkers or fumbling about for pyjamas. I usually wear knickers and a Tshirt. I also have a fear of either the house being on fire or a burglar getting in and having to deal with either of those situations naked.

I used to sleep naked all year round because I would get too hot in bed in most types of nightclothes and the types that didn't make me over heat would twist around me. However, I stopped doing that when I had my first baby because I didn't want to get up in the night naked to feed a crying baby. I've now got to an age where I've completely gone the other way and for autumn, winter and most of spring I sleep in a sweatshirt with a weighted blanket 🤣

Slept naked since I was 13 but keep pjs by the side of the bed.
Dd was horrified to hear we both sleep naked and asked ' what if your bums touch in the night?'

Tell me you don’t have kids crawling into bed with you without telling me you don’t have kids crawling into bed with you 😂

Used to before I had a baby & had to keep randomly getting up in the night 😅

Yes I really struggle in pj's! I can sometimes manage a pj top!

I used to, but I don't like to anymore.
After 9 children, I have a lot of issues with my body and even if I'm sleeping alone I don't like to see it 'In all it's glory'.
My husband does though, I have zero issues with nudity, but I just can't bare to see myself naked anymore.

Your friend's reaction is what seems quite odd to me. Very prim. People tend to sleep in what they find comfortable depending on temperature and the annoyance factor of clothes which bunch up in bed.

I used to for years, until a friend asked what I'd do if someone broke in or the house caught fire and you needed to get out quickly

I know the chances of those two things happening are slim but I couldn't shake the thought and I've always worn something since, even just pants and a vest

I can't settle if I am naked.
Also I am often cold even in pjs

I usually have pjs, socks and maybe a hoody going to bed. Socks and hoody might come off during the night if I get hot

I wear pants but nothing else. Get very hot sleeping beside hubby! He's in boxers or occasionally naked. I do have my jammies for floating round the house in the morning and evening 😊

Yes, unless camping. Don't like wearing clothes at night
