I need your help with sneaky DH

Took rings off last night left on side of the kitchen sink.
Came down from work and engagement ring has disappeared....mild panic.

Sneaky DH has hidden the ring. I've feigned disinterest but the stakes are high - we now have a game and I have all morning to find it.

All I've been told is it's somewhere in the kitchen. I've had most of the cupboards out and looked in all the glasses etc.

We have young DC so it's nowhere they would be able to find it.

All very petty and I was on the verge of texting for a clue....

I just can't get over his smug face coming and showing me where it was. It will be somewhere obvious I know it.

I would be quite unhappy about this. You are an adult. It is your home too. You should be allowed to leave something somewhere (you've obviously done it for a reason, to protect rings while washing up for example) and come back to the item being where you left it!!!

He's wasting your time.

If you didn't know he'd taken it you might be anxious about a lost, important item.

It's the sort of thing indecent men do to abuse partners (not suggesting this is the case here).

Egg cups. Check in any eggs cups. And ask him to play different sorts of pranks in the future.

Check inside every mug! In between all the cutlery. In the sugar bowl! Do you have any ornaments in the kitchen?

Checked all glasses, cups, egg cups etc.

Quite poor so doubt about the extra diamond.
