I don't believe it has actually died. It's going to be like a film scene, you think James Bond has killed villian but infact he was just winded, and just as Bond settles down to get it on with the Bond girl (who is subserviant btw) the villian jumps up on them from behind

Hunker, you should start that spreadsheet, and then tear it into tiny ribbon like strips, tie it to a leather pole and flagellate yourself with it 20 times in the morning, and 50 times before bed.
