To think men can NEVER be mothers

Leafstamp · 29/06/2023 13:35

I am furious that men like this think they can call themselves mums/mothers. This deserves a wide audience, hence posting in AIBU.

I challenge any mother to justify this.

Just wrong.

So saddening that this man has used this baby as a prop to his fetish.

This has got to stop. Now.

HermioneWeasley · 02/07/2023 21:33

Oh come on, how is it not child abuse to latch a baby into a male’s nipple? There is zero benefit to the child and probably some harm of being fed chemically induced secretions. He’s involving a child in his sexual fetish.

how are social services not involved? Why is the mother allowing this?

Labtastic · 02/07/2023 21:38

Absolutely grim. This public exhibitionism of a fetish, using a child to do so, is abhorrent.

TheKeatingFive · 02/07/2023 21:47

It's gross. Imagine prioritising men's fetishes over a baby's safety? What a time to be alive 🤦‍♀️

ZebraDilemma · 02/07/2023 21:49

Men can never be women, therefore they can never be Mothers.

It’s absolutely repulsive how dare he.

Boiledeggandtoast · 02/07/2023 21:53

FFS. And which woman ever photographs themselves breastfeeding on a bus!

FemaleAndLearning · 02/07/2023 21:59

And the baby is not suckling do he is telling lies. Look at the chin. He is getting that baby (now aged 3 I believe) to suck his nipple in public on a bus and have it photographed. This is what attachment looks like in the photo and this is the source, linked below. I doubt I'm allowed to call Mika what I want to but you all know what I want to say. This is the result of be kind and give an inch and they take it all.

I remember when I was fully won over. I was listening to a famous American man who says he is a woman going on about how his pain at being a woman who couldn't have a child was worse than cis women. He could have children he still had his penis! This hurt me because my first baby had died and I thought how dare you think your pain is worse than mine or a woman who cannot have children (let alone the fact he called himself a woman and women cis women).

Surely people have to see the new trans movement for what it is now? This cannot be allowed to continue. This is not kindness.

To think men can NEVER be mothers
SideWonder · 03/07/2023 11:33

It's a form of child abuse. And his poor wife! Who actually conceived gestated and gave birth, presumably.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 03/07/2023 11:41

We are being conditioned to accept these males are women like any other women, and we're not meant to be thinking about their motivations.

I agree.

The lack of outrage about the impact of this on the baby on MUMSnet shows the extent of this manipulation.

They've made women afraid to complain because of fear of being bigoted.

It is not bigoted to object to a man who calls himself a woman feeding a baby chemicals out of his chest. We have to object.

lifeturnsonadime · 03/07/2023 11:48

fear of being bigoted.

that should have said fear of 'being seen' as bigoted.

Knowing this is wrong and is child abuse is not bigoted, of course.

I lost my rag about the development of this story, and went a bit gaga on Twitter. I won't use the word that i called him on here, but i'm sure you can guess.

I'd do it again, too.

I thought i was going to lose a lot followers for it, but i actually gained 2.

randomchap · 03/07/2023 13:44

Does this mean that I'm wrong to describe myself as mum and dad sometimes as a lone parent? I find it easier than explaining about my late wife. For example if I'm chatting to a randomer at the play park and they ask where my wife is I just say I'm mum and dad. Should I not be doing that?

I think it's context isn't it.

You feel you have taken on the role of both parents because of your situation. You are not claiming to be female or chestfeeding your child.

randomchap · 03/07/2023 13:48

That's what I thought but got a bit paranoid that I could be accidentally offending people. Thanks

FourTeaFallOut · 03/07/2023 13:53

I'd be really interested to know if the 12% of those who said they believed men can be mothers would extend that logic to support men-mothers (?) secreting chemically induced and compositionally unknown puss into their infant's mouths to cement their assumed identity?

YoungerDryas · 03/07/2023 13:53

How does a fantasist like this get custody of a baby? Where is the mother? Who is protecting the baby from being used in this way? Surely someone must have informed social services? It doesn’t make any sense that this person is being so open about this perverse behaviour involving a baby. Wth is going on?

Ameanstreakamilewide · 03/07/2023 14:01

Ereshkigalangcleg · 02/07/2023 01:21

I r especially loved syphoning out true believers by the people who agree with "trans rights" but can't bring themselves to call Mika a woman or use female pronouns. Of which there are many.

Like I always say: you can't just take a bite out of this ideology, you gotta eat the whole thing.

It starts off with poxy pronouns and 'being kind', and it leads straight to this degeneracy.

Christ. How can it be remotely acceptable to claim to be breastfeeding a child when you can’t produce milk? It’s abusive to let a hungry baby try to suckle at a dry breast rather than give it a bottle, which he must have there in a bag for when the camera is turned off.

Does anyone know what the cancer story is? He’s not claiming to have cervical or ovarian cancer I hope?

Ameanstreakamilewide · 03/07/2023 15:02

I wouldn't put it past him...

Did the tweet get removed? I can't see it. Is Ricky Gervais gender critical, I know he did the trans-species joke about the chimp but I thought it was more of an exercise in free speech than showing that he was GC. I like him a little bit more if so 😁

Leafstamp · 03/07/2023 16:36

@Bornin1989 not sure why tweet not showings, it’s still there on his timeline. Will try posting link again.

But yes, Ricky Gervais is a sex realist.
