To think it's blooming freezing!

I've come downstairs and to be frank it's blooming cold. I have put a jumper on but am still not that warm. I know my temperature regulation is up the spout as I have long covid but am now wondering if it is just me or if others are feeling that it's exceptionally cold for June too - im tempted to put the heating on!

I had a jumper on all day yesterday over my dress and wore Ugg boots, I was freezing.

I'm in Cumbria and this is the best late May/ early June weather we've had since we moved here a decade ago. Weeks of sunshine and warm weather!

I'm sure it's not literally "freezing". I'm about to leave for work and it is -2.8 degrees, and "feels like" - 5 (not in the UK, obviously!).

And to make it worse H is in Germany in 27 degrees, sun and shorts!

I'm frozen here in the midlands, haven't been able to get warm all day. I even had the heating on for a couple hours earlier. May have to put it back on in a bit too 🥶

Same! It's been full on Summer in West Sussex for weeks now...

It has been so cold today that our heating came on.

There has been some dense cloud over the eatern part of the UK, and it hasn't shifted. We have only had about two or three days so far this year where the thermometer has gone above 20 degrees Sad

I'm in the SW, about 30 miles west of Bath on the coast and the weather has been lovely for ages. Today started off cloudy but the sun broke through again mid afternoon.

Like others, I’m in the NW and it’s been stunning for weeks! We’ve been Paddleboarding, had BBQs and been in shorts and vest tops when not working. It makes a massive change for us to be getting the nice weather!

Flipping freezing. Walked the dogs wearing a big jumper and fleece. Lit the woodburner. Washing stayed damp on the line. I’m in bed and my feet are icy.

Central Scotland here.

Alexa says the windchill is currently 4 degrees, no wonder I am freezing!

Really? Wow, weather has been amazing here. Sun splitting the sky, mid-20s. Been sandals and summer dresses for almost 2 weeks now!

It’s been glorious here for the last fortnight. So much so I wondered why the media hadn’t spoken about but that’s obviously because it’s cold in the South East 🙄 when there’s a heatwave down there I’m sure we’ll here about it.

I've got the fire on up here in Northumberland. The last few days have been cold and cloudy in the morning then getting up to about 17 in the afternoon when the sun comes out.

I cracked this morning and put my wool coat on to commute to work. I’ve been wearing a blazer only but I’ve been freezing on the way to work. Seems to warm up by the time I leave.

m London is supposed to have a few warm days now. Please 🙏. I’ve got summer dresses I feel like I’m never going to wear and a pedicure going to waste Grin.

Still chuffing freezing in Herts. I've had washing out for two days and it's still damp because it not warm enough to dry it. I go back to work in a few weeks after a few months off, and to can bet your arse the day I do it will be 25 degrees and sunny, with a light south easterly breeze Angry
