Brexit was a disaster. So why don't people vote Lib Dem?

Now that the people who voted Brexit are realising they were lied to, what is the point of them swinging back to Labour - a party which consistently evaded taking a coherent stance on Brexit for fear of losing certain voters? How are they any better than the Tories on this issue? The Lib Dems were and still are the only party with an anti-Brexit policy. AIBU to think Labour have shown themselves to be just as disingenuous and full of 'career politicians' as the Tories? At least the Lib Dems were honest and straightforward on this issue?

You are so right. He's a laughing stock and so.is Starmer..
I have another grievance with the Lib Dems and that is the betrayal of the children in this country when student grants were abolished and student loans given instead. Betrayal!

But most people who vote Lib Dem also want proportional representation. If we have PR then governments will be coalitions as they are in mainland Europe. This means that there has to be compromise. I do not understand why people are still so angry about student loans when the Lib Dems had no choice as they were in a coalition, which is what Lib Dem voters want.

I am against PR because the fringe parties get too much power (just look at what has happened in Scotland (the Greens and trans rights) and Germany (the Greens and nuclear power).

No way could I vote LibDems, as it’s a total waste of a vote where I live. Straight run of Labour or Conservative or spoil the ballot paper

@Mum2jenny OR, don't vote at all. It's not compulsory. The more women (and men) who don't show up to vote, the better.

Was a paid up member for 15 years, then they couldn't commit to what a woman is, and I figured it's not the party for me, being a woman and all.
