Kate the future queen can travel by train and even chat to people on the platform without being mobbed, but apparently M&H are being hounded by the press driving from a place where the paps already took loads of pictures ….ummm…

The more you talk about them the fatter their pockets get. They are not stupid and Charlie and Camilla love them and their grandchildren. Blood is thicker than water the British people didn't want to pay for them they saw Harry as a sell out. They had to carve out their own shit. Do you honestly believe that their is rift in the family the press is printing it to keep British people happy.

Where is the proof they nearly killed anyone? It was 10pm in the centre of NYC. There would have been a ton of people around. If there were cars driving down the pavements chasing them as has been claimed (one poster claimed they were trying to hit civilians and police), don't you think that someone would have been, at the very least, minorly injured and cars scratched and banged. It might be that people will come forward and state that is the case, but you'd think reports of that would be coming out by now.

Apparently they were going at 2km an hour. How much slower can a car go?! I've no idea why the paps needed bikes and cars to chase it. They could have just strolled next to it.

Slow day at work is it. It's easy to pretend you're someone you're not. Meghan and Harry are making money out of you they are the clever ones. Bad press is good press they earn money and sell books and Netflix series. You keep on watching them Americans knows how to make money and Harry is loving it.

The point is that the taxi driver is lying or mistaken by saying the paparazzi kept their distance. There’s video evidence of them close to the car taking photos. How is that keeping their distance?

I’ve lived in New York and have friends there. They’re not laughing at Harry and Meghan, they all hate the paparazzi because they see how aggressively they behave.

That's not what the taxi driver said. He said they followed at a distance and sometimes at lights they pulled alongside them and took photos. But there was nothing dangerous. At one point they got caught in a traffic jam and 6 paps approached the car. There's a video of that. One pap took pictures at the rear passenger windows and the rest were at the front of the car and they moved away when the security guy got out of the front seat.

So has it been clarified yet whether the press were chasing H +M, or H+M chasing the press, desperately trying to get them to take photos of them?

I imagine it’s a case of perspective - being a cab driver in NYC must mean you have a different perception of what’s dangerous than what I/Harry/Meghan would.

I visited Naples and the traffic is MENTAL. The cab drivers barely break a sweat and don’t see it as a problem. I was in the back getting ready to meet St Peter 🤣

From what I’ve read, the taxi driver only drove them for 15 minutes. He doesn’t know what happened before they got in his taxi. That would impact his view on the situation.

The video clearly shows that the paparazzi didn’t keep their distance. It’s not a matter of opinion.

He may not have felt scared, that doesn’t mean others would not have. He was not the paparazzis target. I know people who have been caught up in paparazzi chasing celebs, they felt unsafe and they were not the ones being pursued. The paparazzi are relentless in New York, they’re rude, aggressive and really don’t care who they hurt. They’re scum of her earth.

The royal family have to be appealing to the British public so they can get paid.
