What about Mr Thomas? Quietly standing there filming when Luna stormed towards him, had an altercation and demanded the phone?

If Mrs Thomas was a twat why was Luna sacked? Starbucks could have released their video showing she was the aggressive one to begin with and that she was banned, or she was under arrest etc.

If Luna was in the right why flew the scene?

Customers complain all the time. Staff don’t do what Luna did. I’ve seen staff called all the racist names cunts under the sun, they haven’t reacted in the way Luna did.

The non binary person was the person serving, whom the customer referred to as the 'lady', that's when the male manager went off on one. How was the customer supposed to know that a server who looked like a woman was actually presenting as non binary? All got to be psychic have we? The manager - how did he get to be a manager - was aggressive and threatening and totally deserved to lose his job. The very abusive transwomen like this man, go out of their way to offend and belittle women. He could have just said, they prefer to be called them, or just kept his neb out and let the assistant speak for themselves.

I would have thought that Starbucks would have their own CCTV footage that they would be able to review the full incident.

She asked for a refund as she was being kicked out without the drink she had paid for.

Someone who looked like a woman was referred to as a woman as no-one is psychic- then Luna berated her and told her to get out and she said fine but she wanted her money back as.well.as defending herself against the accusation of transphobia.

They were probably wearing a special badge, but that’s not much use to people with poor eyesight or poor literacy or those of us who are very unobservant (I’m the sort of person who doesn’t notice when someone’s lost 3 stone or had their hair redesigned so the chances of me noticing a pronoun badge are minimal).

I think it’s actually really telling when people do this. If TWAW then these types of posters would be telling us all what a stroppy, hysterical bitch the employee was being but they do seem to note enough difference that the usual misogynistic insults and always blame women doesn’t actually apply to TW.
