Is this Louis Vuitton bag chav or nice?

Opinions please! Ignore my outfit I'm aware it doesn't match lol but considering this bag - if I get it I would wear with simplistic outfits but what do you think?

DH thinks it's disgusting (not the design but the print because of its connotations) but want to know if he's outnumbered or not!

As with anything - one nice branded item is fine.
head to toe LV (or any other brand) - chav. LV with tracksuit - chav
also… fairly easy to tell if something is from a market, or actually genuine.

@RunLolaRun102 I love Tory Burch bags and Kate Spade (similar price bracket) but then you go up a further bracket and they seem to become quite in your face. Although I wouldn’t turn down a mulberry bag… also could never justify spending that much on a bag I’ll dump on the floor in restaurants or at work.

I like LV and have many but I've never been a fan of this style myself. But each to their own. I wouldn't worry about what others think though, you're the one who has to like it.

It depends on who you are buying it for. If you want it because you like it, then why do you care if it looks "chav"? If you want it because you want people to look at you, then yeah, it's tacky.

Most people will assume it's fake because of how many cheap knockoffs there are, understated is a better look than the monogram.

I have the neverfull myself (it really has become one of my most practical and used bags) but this bag I think I really am not the biggest fan of the branding right in the pattern, the shape or the colour to be honest.

I feel like this kind of in-your-face branding in smaller items has been reclaimed in an ironic sort of way, like a very small amount of Burberry check (think under the collar of a plain Burberry trench). I like the round shape, perhaps if the bag were slightly smaller it’d be nicer but I don’t automatically think “fake” when I see LV print, particularly if you are dressed in a low-key way and are not wearing very obvious make-up etc.

Chav. If you are into bags there are hundreds of better designs. If you are into craftsmanship, there are hundreds of better designs. If you are into quality of leather, there are hundreds of better makers.

@chavbagornot the most off putting part of your post is use of the word ‘chav’. Obvs you and your husband are snobs with money to spend but please don’t take your middle class insecurities off on ‘chavs’. God forbid any one doesn’t know you are actually ‘middle class’. If you like it buy it

I think anything with an obvious logo is tacky to be honest.
