I don't have time or energy for anything, am I the only one?

Home is a disaster- I have lost control of the basics like meals (although I'm always at bloody lidl or aldi or asda), laundry, walking the dog....

Behind on everything at work, need to delegate stuff and don't have time to explain anything properly to anyone

Teens are being really meh about everything and need me to set the tone of the family - I just don't have the mental energy

My friends need me and I'm flaking on them left right and centre

Parents want to know what kids want for Christmas.

Can someone please pause the world? Just want to crawl under duvet but then tomorrow will be even further behind.

Obviously I need to stop wasting time on mums net too.

@DanteThunderstone I would actually love to tell her to get to fuck😭 I’ve stood my ground and am not hosting so have had passive aggressive messages from
her that she understands but it’s such a shame we won’t all get to meet up especially for the friends who can’t afford the restaurant, it would have been so nice for them etc

@Crucible she can’t/won’t host because her house is “too small”🙄

My low energy levels are not improving at all. Feels like an endurance test every morning as it is harder to get up for the school run as the week goes on. Weather not helping and our energy costs are out of control.

DC’s school sent 8 different text messages today about various things. Why not just send a summary email at the beginning of the day.

DP cannot find his passport. It’s been misplaced in the chaos of our recent house move. Although not according to his brother who suggested one of the tradesmen who worked on the house over the Summer probably stole it because he is Albanian. Give me strength.

We have all had some horrible bug and at least have not had the school run as they have been home. Starting to feel a bit lockdown-ish though.
