AIBU to be getting fed up with Michael Sheens motivational speeches for anything Welsh ?

He's a regular customer at the restaurant my son works in - he says he's great. Likes to sit near the pass apparently so he can hear the chefs banter.

Given that our rugby team is currently a joke and the football team have only the slimmest odds of not returning home from the World Cup this week it's lovely to have someone speak so passionately about the art of the possible if you just believe enough.

You'd have a point if Michael was harassing you with pro-Welsh spirit speeches everywhere you went, but given that I normally have to Google the latest one I'd be surprised if that was the case.

That kind of patriotism is pretty boring

Half Welsh, half English here. I love Michael Sheen and his speeches, he's a brilliant orator and a great actor (I loved his portrayal of Aziraphale in Good Omens).

I'm loving Wales being in the World Cup. Michael Sheen is in his element and Dafydd Iwan is having a wonderful time belting out Yma O Hyd. Good times. Cymru am byth!
