AIBU to think this is not tat

Recently purchased this rather gorgeous glass and metal pineapple from our local charity shop. I love it, but DH thinks it's ugly tat. Obviously he's wrong and has no appreciation for it's beauty. Maybe you lovely MN'ers can settle this argument for me.

Team Pineapple 🍍(in a non-swinger way!) I don't really do ornaments but it's not as bad as some comments are making out.

I think it looks good where it is and would be handy for keeping tea lights in or something. The most important thing is that you like it!

I was wondering if it was possible to put a light in it - it looks fantastic with the fairy lights in - it made me quite happy to see that update!

It's gorgeous! Definitely not tat although you would have to be careful where you placed it.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If I have an opinion I usually say, I like it or I don't like it. I never say it is horrible because that's only my opinion, because others may say it is beautiful.

You can put everyone's keys in it when you have your swingers' parties!
