To wonder why everyone likes mcdonalds?

Walked past today. Very long queues. Maybe half term, but then they always seem to be busy.

What is the big attraction?

also easy for 3 teens who like different things - one veggie, one dislikes chicken and one dislikes burgers!

Fatty

Sugary

I mean it's not rocket science, is it?

Ours is very clean and pushchair friendly with really nice staff too

Because it’s fucking delicious. They spend millions in R&D to make it so. I’ve spend a fortune in supposedly fine dining restaurants where there food hasn’t quite hit the spot like a maccies when you fancy it. Shame you’ve missed out.

Everyone doesn't like it though. I don't, neither does DD. It's minging.

Its one of the only foods DC will eat when outside the house so we almost always go to McDonalds, Greggs, or Subway.

McDonald's fries, extra salt, and a large milkshake to dip them in is the hangover cure of the gods.

It tastes fine and it's cheap.

Ours has a soft play in it too so Happy Meals for the kids and a free hour of play, can't beat that kind of value for money.

I don't like it, it's horrible. I take the DC there occasionally as they like it, but I just have a coffee. Tbf, the coffee's horrible too, but my caffeine addiction is great enough that I can stomach it.

I prefer Greggs but the kids like McDs. Strangely enough neither of mine like KFC or BK. I'm convinced I love KFC until I have some and realise it makes me nauseous and bloated. McDonald's sausage egg McMuffin is the food of the gods though. You only ever eat it when you really need it and then it's serotonin in a bun!

Agree cheap crap and dosent fill you up for very long either.

Ask for it without gherkin and they do you a fresh one.

Anyone who think McDonald's food is cheap clearly has more money than sense.

My dog was obviously well acquainted with McDonalds from her previous home because she goes crackers when she sees a Happy Meal box. I once saved a nugget for her and her reaction was pure joy, she put it on the floor and rolled around it, jumped in a circle around it, threw it about, and then crept off to her bed to eat it in peace.

Gherkin is literally the best bit of any burger. Ask for it with no mayonnaise?

I just cannot think, it can't be taste or cost, it must be the colour or Ronald McDonald? What else?

£2.79 for a Happy Meal, thats cheap in my book.

Usually they're raving over it, along with fruit shoots and Greg's sausage rolls.

Not me though, plain soup and salad all the way. Why any of those Neanderthals would actually queue for that kind of fast food I dont know.
