To ask for a handhold I feel so alone

I'm due to have a 6/7 week scan tomorrow after multiple miscarriages (double figures) and I've got period like cramps and bleeding.

I've been bleeding on and off for 2 weeks, no clots.

I feel so alone and I just want to cancel my scan in the morning. Time and time again I've sat in that waiting area, I've had to listen to the "I'm sorry" words, I've had to sit in the family room with a useless leaflet about miscarriage and a box of tissues.

I'm not religious but I could really do with some positive thoughts being put out there for me tonight, I'm not sure I can endure another loss 😢

You have a beautiful lovely baby growing inside of you and all will be good. Best wishes.

I had a bad miscarriage in June then got pregnant again in August and I literally have never felt nerves and anxiety like it before scans. Then the relief after is amazing. I have my baby now. It will happen for you. Every single scan I had the nerves it never leaves you but you can get through it, just focus on yourself and your baby, every day is another step closer. I found breathing in for 8 through the nose, out through the mouth for 12, really helpful. I’m sending you so many good vibes wherever you are.
