To ask for a handhold I feel so alone

I'm due to have a 6/7 week scan tomorrow after multiple miscarriages (double figures) and I've got period like cramps and bleeding.

I've been bleeding on and off for 2 weeks, no clots.

I feel so alone and I just want to cancel my scan in the morning. Time and time again I've sat in that waiting area, I've had to listen to the "I'm sorry" words, I've had to sit in the family room with a useless leaflet about miscarriage and a box of tissues.

I'm not religious but I could really do with some positive thoughts being put out there for me tonight, I'm not sure I can endure another loss 😢

Early days are the hardest… It’s like jumping hurdles-
Once you are past the perilous early weeks, you ought to be able ( Hopefully) to feel less terrified .

NHS can't find any cause and I can't afford to go private so this is the last attempt. My heart cannot take anymore loss. If this isn't okay, I have to accept I'll never be a Mum.

A very poorly woman was told “ Sorry, you’ll never be able to have a child “

Wishing you the very best. I've never had the misfortune of a miscarriage, but I've suffered infertility (overcome via IVF) and every woman who goes through heartbreak and desperation trying to become a mum has a special place in my heart. Hope this is the start of a beautiful thing for you x
