To ask for a handhold I feel so alone

I'm due to have a 6/7 week scan tomorrow after multiple miscarriages (double figures) and I've got period like cramps and bleeding.

I've been bleeding on and off for 2 weeks, no clots.

I feel so alone and I just want to cancel my scan in the morning. Time and time again I've sat in that waiting area, I've had to listen to the "I'm sorry" words, I've had to sit in the family room with a useless leaflet about miscarriage and a box of tissues.

I'm not religious but I could really do with some positive thoughts being put out there for me tonight, I'm not sure I can endure another loss 😢

Our beautiful girl turned 1 yesterday, it's never lost on me how lucky we are to have her 🩷

We went swimming, for lunch and to soft play and she had the best day.

We've also just got back from a lovely week in Devon and we are off to Spain in a couple of weeks.

I never thought this would be my life, I'm so grateful every day xx
