I am shopping at Asda I am really missing Ocado I miss their range and the customer service but it is far far too expensive

I still think £350 a week for 2 adults & 3 small dc is a lot of money personally. I wouldn't say it's the average spend per week for a family, nor is your basket the average shop product wise but you can disagree.

£350 is a good bit of money for most people - but there’s no law against spending that on food. And no one is required to act in accordance with some arbitrary idea of ‘average^ spending on food. Any more than they are on clothes, or transport or leisure activities.

Surely it's obvious though that when most people gauge whether something is a lot or not they would be measuring it against something else eg an average.
