I could just cry....music for registry office has to be on CD

DP and are are getting married in 10 days. Only us and 2 witnesses, not told anyone else. The registry office have just informed us that the music needs to be on a cd. We have the three songs but on our phone. Neither of us have a CD rewriter and even if we did we can't seem to purchase the audio file of the songs anywhere. We have posted on local Facebook groups etc to ask if anyone can do it but with no luck and now we are desperate. Does anyone know where e can get the following songs (random I know, but all mean one thing to us) put onto a CD?
Golden brown, The stranglers
Royals, Lordes
Shotgun, George Ezra

On top of the fact that the rail strike means one of the only 2 witnesses may not be able to make it, this has really pushed me over the edge today.

I can do it for you thus weekend if you want some help.

Surely someone in your phone book has a laptop with a cd in it?
if not a computer repair shop? Library?

Maybe this has already been suggested, but could you use a Bluetooth speaker? That is an option given by our registry office for our October wedding.

Haha wtf my laptop doesn't even have a disc drive. How old fashioned. You can buy a plug in one and rip a cd that way though.

I wasn't "putting the boot in" or trying to be superior. I had not been aware that Golden Brown was about heroin until my daughter told me. It's a great song butI just wondered if the OP knew that it had a double meaning or, like me, thought it was romantic.

Surprised at some people saying it's an easy solution. Current macs don't have CD drives or even USB ports to attach a CD drive. I've never even burned a CD or seen someone do it 😂 It's 20 year old tech!

Just a a quick update to say THANK YOU to the wonderful @imnottoofussed!!! Who in record time got a CD to me that has now been tested and dropped to the registry office. I cannot thank her enough.

To all of you asking about the song choices- I know the connotation with heroin and it relates to something in our life/story of how we ended up together, as well s being a lovely song.

Shotgun was a favourite song of a dear loved one and is playing to bring them to us on our wedding day.

Royals....the only other song in the world that we both liked!!! 😂

That was exactly my problem! Also as it turns out we don't actually own a CD player in our house. Had to go check the disc in my sons car!!

Thank you. Our wedding is on 1st October but they needed the CD today for some random reason! Hopefully the weather holds out till then!

Not helpful at all but when my son got married they supplied a CD with some songs on but somehow only one of them got played, and it took so long to get everyone in that we had to listen to it on repeat and again after. I still can’t listen to the song again, if I ever will!
