because i really could have smacked the ignorant fuck witted poor excuse of a human being! as he made a comment about me being fat as i walked past him in a restaurant,his wife and small children were sitting with him.....what a great example hes setting for them

ok im overweight,im overweight because i have an eating disorder which ive battled with for 20 years.....for all he knew i could be overweight due to illness....what a total prick!

its really ridiculous how people think that they can make comments about you because your overweight....why???
are all of us overweight people dumb and mindless and dont know that were fat?
some people are just plain ignorant and thoughtless.

My mum is the opposite. She is a diet saboteur. She knows how unhappy I am about my (quite frankly fucking massive) size and she will still turn up with Nice Things, which I can't turn down because I am a greedy fatty.

Anyway, I was out walking with DS1 a few weeks ago, and I got called a fat ginger slapper by some wank-stain in a van. I gave him the middle finger. I would have called him an ugly motherfucker, but DS1 is only 3 and likes to repeat things.

I hate it when people make comments about someones weight. There may be a medcial reason or a pyschological one for weight problems. I know a girl who binge eats and she suffers depression (not saying all depressed people binge eat mind you) and she is a bit overweight (but not huge at all).

Ignore them and tell them to take a look in the mirror cos they aint perfect.

Sheik - just looked at your photo, and you are, quite frankly, foxy. You look a bit like a very beautiful friend of mine who was curvy and had a lovely walk and turned heads all the time. Fair enough if you want to get a bit fitter for health, etc, but I'd revel in your good looks nonetheless.

when i went to pool with my cm mindee aonce a man shouted look its free willy my mindee then told mum i had a willy so i had the double embaressment of having to explain too! well is most depressing day of year apparently not here though thorntons had half price toffee cake (well would be rude not to)also had man handing out free mince pies in tescos last month he said to me it looked like i had had enough

Oh smee I feel for you! People have no idea how hurtful weight comments can be do they? I frequently get told to 'eat a sandwich luv' because I'm quite little (size 4-6) the fact that I try soooo hard to put on any weight AT ALL and would LOVE to be a few sizes bigger doesn't cross their mind!
And its ALWAYS slightly grubby looking, slighty overweight, middle aged blokes or chavvy teenage boys isn't it?

My Grandmother told me I was

this was repeated many times over the three days I had gone to look after her for(at great personal cost I might add), especially when someone else; neighbours, frends, carers etc were there...

I wouldn't mind but she has never been very svelte herself and I am only a 12 and 5'3

Yes my face was a picture but on the last day I gave in and asked her to stop it - got home (5 hour drive) and collapsed with a whisky bottle and tissues........wailing in true drama queen fashion - "no one appreciates me!!"
