Fly papers - God, but I just love it when they fill up with flies.

The more stuck flies the better.

Get Flymax fly traps. You’ll love those…

So-called 'humane' traps for mice, eg, aren't humane. Living next to a field we've had mice in the house a couple of times. Once I found out what glue traps would do I'd never use them. At the same time, I definately don't want mice in my house. A great trick I found on the internet was putting peanut butter at the end of an empty cardboard kitchen paper tube (mice prefer peanut butter to cheese). Put some steps next to an empty bin, with the cardboard tube balanced at the top. The mouse will go up the steps to get to the peanut butter and fall into the bin (it needs to be high enough that the mouse can't jump out). You can than transport the mouse to his holiday hideaway in a nearby field.

Why do some people take happiness in seeing creatures dying, and worse, enjoy seeing them suffering, and also not understand that the human race won't be here anymore if other parts of the animal ecosystem die out?

“Mousetrap Monday “ in rural USA
on you tube has some really humane ways if trapping mice and rats.

His channel has millions of views, so mice and rats must be common.

Any that he kills ( like rats) he puts out for local wildlife to eat - He never uses poisons or glue traps.
He has pet mice - Imported from UK - to show how the humane traps work.

Word of warning- never set a humane trap on a cold night- I once caught a little mouse who had died of cold - their metabolism is very high, they need warmth -
I’d not use one again.

You enjoy watching a living thing die?! That's sick.

It reminds of a kid in my school. On a school trip, he found a small frog and proceeded to slowly pull all its legs off while it was still alive. He was awful. God knows where he is now; he always gave me the absolute creeps.
