And she constantly ribs him on Twitter. The contrast with Johnson and Starmer is obvious; Starmer clearly loathes him.

This is the impression he gave me but (acc to Wiki) Oxford degree in jurisprudence (and winking) and Cambridge Master of Laws. He won some prize for international law....so clearly fairly academic at least.
