To think that Kier Starmer is spineless?

LittleWhingingWoman · 29/03/2022 19:06

I'm a long time Labour supporter.
Not anymore.
Kier Starmer was asked if women have penises.
He couldn't answer.

I've had enough of this gaslighting.
How can I vote for a party that is led by this man?
How, in 2022, can a candidate who hopes to be pm not be able to say what a woman is?

AIBU to think he knows FULL WELL what a woman is but is too much of a coward to say. The men threatening and bullying Rosie Duffield certainly know what a woman is.

And I know a penis when I see one.
@SirVixofVixHall
I believe he has a daughter and a son.
How can he tell the difference between them?
It must be so confusing.
How did he impregnate his wife? Did he put his penis on her penis?
So confusing and complicated.

@alreadytaken he needs to put the voters above his woke activists

ISpyCobraKai · 29/03/2022 22:30

Of course he is.
I'd no more vote Labour than I'd stab myself in the eye.

ISpyCobraKai · 29/03/2022 22:31

Although elsewhere I have been told that biological sex is no proof of biological sex soo..Confused

LittleWhingingWoman · 29/03/2022 22:33

@Kreuzberg

Surely a long time labour voter couldn't vote tory just on the basis of one issue ? The whole ideology is different. Why would you consciously vote in a party whose ideals you don't espouse ?
Why are you assuming any Labour supporter will suddenly vote Tory? Women will withhold their votes. The Greens are utterly captured on gender as they showed on International Woman's Day when they suspended the female co-chair for asking "What is a Woman?" leaving a Transwoman who worked for an offshore company that sells puberty blockers to children.

Women are fucked by every party that espouses this regressive infantile nonsense.

@SuitcaseOfWhine

I was expecting a thread on this today due to the Partygate fines being in the news today 🤔
And your point is? Do you think women have penises? Do you think the women on Mumsnet shouldn't talk about the Labour Leader being unable to say what a woman is?

WouldBeGood · 29/03/2022 22:35

Women should vote. I think this stuff has a sinister agenda: they want to stop women voting. They can’t take away female suffrage, but they can make it almost impossible to vote.

TheKeatingFive · 29/03/2022 22:43

God this whole thing is so stupid. Of course he knows women don't have a penis. Everyone knows that.

But the hectoring gas lighters have him by the balls. 🙄

Florenz · 29/03/2022 22:52

What exactly does Starmer think will happen if he were to say "or course women do not have penises"? It would clearly gain him far more votes than he would lose so where is the problem? Why do politicians fear these people so much?

littlbrowndog · 29/03/2022 22:54

Women don’t have penises. Why is that so difficult for anyone with a brain to say.

Unbelievable

VestaTilley · 29/03/2022 22:55

YANBU. He’s a spineless worm - I won’t be voting for Labour again.

Someone with blue hair would call him a bigot, and that would be just terrible

Now that is an interesting take.

Not attending a vote is therefore not an option a spoiled ballot is better.

I did this in recent local elections. Wording, 'if you won't respect my sex you can't expect my x'

morningtoncrescent62 · 29/03/2022 23:11

YANBU. He's not only spineless, he's lying. That line about welcoming open discussion, and wanting to talk to anyone who wants to find a way through, is an obvious whopper. He's spent years ignoring women who want to talk to him, including women in the Labour Party (Labour Women's Declaration who are always polite and respectful, and Woman's Place UK who are trade unionists). It's time he started paying attention to what women have to say instead of cowering before gender identity lobbyists.

**Ionsion

They will give the election away to the Tory’s if they don’t get their act together over this**

Absolutely this^

In fact, I just think that Starmer needs to go entirely.

Alcoh · 29/03/2022 23:20

@morningtoncrescent62 gosh I agree. He doesn’t even speak to Rosie Duffield MP in his own party. Let alone other women. Despise him

Charley50 · 29/03/2022 23:21

I agree he's a spineless bellend, nondescript, bland and pathetic, and it's sinister how so many women now have no party to vote for.

LittleWhingingWoman · 29/03/2022 23:23

Why does everyone fear these people SOOO much? How is the UK population cowering to a "minority" who is smaller than any other group, yet exerts SO MUCH POWER?
OP posts:
Alcoh · 29/03/2022 23:27

@LittleWhingingWoman cos they scared and have no morals so cower to bullies. End of.

Alcoh · 29/03/2022 23:28

How many people in life live without a moral compass and if they do have one are scared to stand up for it.

Lemonyfuckit · 29/03/2022 23:30

YANBU. Always been a Labour supporter.....until recently. Am also politically homeless these days

JellySaurus · 29/03/2022 23:45

That's hilarious.

Quite!

To think that Kier Starmer is spineless?
Lamerexo · 29/03/2022 23:45

Genuine question, so if a woman is only an adult female, would you oppose to the term 'transgender woman' for a trans person or is it just them calling themself "woman' by itself without the trans bit in front that is the problem?

MiniatureHotdog · 29/03/2022 23:50

I feel politically homeless - I’ve always voted, even in tiny local elections. I’m pretty devastated to be honest.

Me too! I refuse to vote for anyone who refuses to agree with basic biology

SolasAnla · 29/03/2022 23:52

@KatsuKatsu
