Never heard of the word which is the answer to Wordle today. Anyone else the same?

Today's word is AROMA for me? Is it not the same for everybody?

It's sealant, they sell it in b&q. It's a normal word

I got it in 3 which amazed me

Aroma was yesterday (unless you had a link to the legacy site in which case it was Agora which genuinely is tricky).

nope, not a clue what it is! I only got it through process of elimination of what letters I had that might make a word that sounded plausible (some of my attempts weren't even words!)

Mine was agora yesterday & aroma today & then I refreshed to get the NYT version so I could do the same word as everyone else!

I got it while I was cleaning my teeth, the bathroom inspired me!

I am neither American nor a sailor but I have always read widely so a v familiar word.

I only knew it because I Googled how to do it recently and learned that was the word for what I wanted!

I thought it had something to do with baby cows.

Until I Googled it.

It’s not American. Boatbuilders and decorators use it. It was a darn site easier than the agora/aroma one the other day.

I used my last go on the same word with B instead of the starter letter. (Cryptic)

I can honestly say I've never used that word in general conversation. I got it in 4 though.

Yes I’ve heard it a lot because FIL uses that quite a bit when he fixes and fills stuff
