If it is needle felting, be careful when jabbing the needle in. Missing the felt and jabbing your finger instead hurts - I did it, more than once, when I was going to a felt making group. We did wet felting too, which was safer for a klutz like me!

@KO81. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Not sure how I managed to get it so wrong! I was getting very pissed off with people being so nasty about the OP's favours... & on my phone screen the balding isn't so obvious, but it was also pretty clear from the text reading it again now ?!?!

From some of the things I read about on MN that people get offended over I'm coming to the conclusion that I must have a very thick skin or I'm so stupid I've gone through my entire life not realising that people are trying to insult me left, right and centre.

How anyone could conclude that what the OP did was meant as a passive aggressive insult or that someone sending a woman a card with a cow on it has a hidden meaning is just beyond me.

To imagine anyone would take the time and effort to sit making little animals as wedding favours with the express purpose of insulting you is a whole other level of nuts.

Life must be very trying and miserable if you're constantly looking for, and finding, so many things to take offence at.

These are farmyard animals. The offended person is nuts. If she doesn't have special needs that may explain it I suggest a more deep rooted issue like jealousy. Maybe her marriage isn't so great :-)

I have 3 children, and in the same scenario would not think the bride was calling me a cow, I mean seriously, how over sensitive and self centered is this person?! What would have been her animal of choice I wonder?

Ignore, rise above it and focus on the positive comments you will have received from other guests.

Aw, what a lovely idea! I’d love felt animals as a gift. Some people are crazy.

If I went to a wedding & got favours of felt farm animals; I’d probably laugh; these guys sound like they’d put some thought into things into the lead up to their wedding so why the hell would they go out of their way to offend you; three felt farm animals & a 2yo at a wedding I’d say a bloody creative bride she thought it would keep your child entertained.
Stop being a snowflake & look at the bigger picture.
